I didn't watch a single play last night. Felt great. You missed Jared Goff stumble head-long into the Pantheon of JAG QB's destined to own a KIA dealership in Lincoln Nebraska. The pig was ripe, they let it escape. Rams: they are who we thought they were.

The pig was ripe, they let it escape. Comfortably laying on the couch in front of the fireplace, researching kamado grills and bought my wife a pair of shoes she's wanted. Could hear kids watching the game in another room. I was in bed five minutes into the second half. Slept like shit, but at least I don't have to join the hollow Monday morning work Super Bowl conversations.

It’s like I always say. “DefenseWinsChampionships” More iike Giving a shit and buying in wins championships. I have to give Belidick credit for this...he knows the most dangerous thing in the NFL is a coachable, underestimated, chip on their shoulder JAG who loves football and has something to prove. We see it time and time again as "talent" flames out, distracts, complains..etc...and Beli keeps finding underdogs who relish the chance to perform. Outside of his cheating proclivities, his ability to identify and work these sort of dudes into pivotal roles should be a lesson to the rest of the league. Well, actually you will but it will be a world-weary "I didnt watch it" type act. I invented that, but I forgot to not watch.

Once NFL Europe folded, I gave up on sports altogether. By the way, do you have a moment to talk about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ?" Those conversations end themselves.

At his basic BB is a gym rat type. He know ONE thing, how to teach football (his drafting sucks). He has no qualms shipping off a Richard Seymour when the price is right and signing a Kyle Van Noy, because aside from a few players (Lawrence Taylor) the difference in top notch athletes ability is negligible, its about their work ethic and putting them in the right situation. So he lets others over pay and he teaches up bargains. He's far from infallible but because he won early he has job security and can do as he pleases. That, and the cheating.

He's very good at getting his players to buy in to that "nobody believes in us", chip on their shoulder, crap, even after 9 SB appearances and now 6 wins, they still feel/talk/play like the underdog.

I wonder how all those "next Sean McVays" are feeling this morning. Or rather, the people that hired them (looking at you ARZ!)
