It comes down to a couple of questions: Can they / should they trade back? If so, which is a more important hole to address? Id say C, LT, EDGE, and CB are more vital to address than TE right now. Even Gronk himself wasn't a 1st rounder. And in no way, shape, or form does taking this guy screw the Pats. No way does he last until they pick. There's plenty of teams in the teens and twenties that would take him first. I reading Pat's want to move up I actually want the Jets to trade back and take Garret Bradbury best center in the draft and the only 1 that can start day 1. In fact they need to trade back they spent way to much money on Bell they got to get a center. Taking Bradbury at #3 would be to high. Only 3 centers in this draft that are NFL starters. I heard Gase doesn't like to use high draft picks on OLs so we probably not getting him. Trading multiple picks to move up and draft a TE, in a fairly TE heavy draft, seems like a very un-Belichekian thing to do. They'd have to package #32, #56, and #64 to move up to around #12. Which actually is GB who might take Hock themselves.

It’s amazing how the majority of teams have the same needs as the Jets. Hopefully they trade back and get multiple needs in this draft. They're also the premium positions (LT, CB, Edge) that often DONT hit free agency and that you HAVE to draft. It seems like most of the top 10 talent in this years draft is defensive front seven, and overrated QBs. Im fine with staying at 3 at taking Josh Allen, or Bosa if he falls to us. Dont really want Q Williams. My preference is trading back and picking a LT and C in the first two rounds, but you need a trading partner to make that happen. IF things fell right, you could be looking at another D'Brick/Mangold draft year, which would be huge in rebuilding the line. Calling it now, I dont think Hockenson gets past Green Bay at 12. He seems like a perfect fit for them and Aaron Rodgers. Green Bay doesn’t have bigger needs?

I would love to trade back but I just get the feeling that we’re going to have no chance because nobody’s going to be looking to move up that far.
I know he’s a good player but I do not want Bosa. He had an ACL injury in high school and a season ending injury last year. I’m sick and tired of getting guys with injury historys.

I'd prefer, in order, 1) Quinnen Williams, 2) trade back if possible, 3) Josh Allen.

Facing the best pass rushers in the country on a weekly basis in the SEC, the junior didn't allow a sack all season. "I think I'm a talented individual with good athleticism," he said. "I know I can outwork and out prepare anyone. That's why I was successful in college. That's why I'll be successful in the NFL.

Not at #3 overall, sadly. I wish we sucked less last year.

A dual threat TE is a need for GB, along with OL, S, ILB, and WR. At 12, OL or the top TE make the most sense to me.

Jonah Williams in the first would be great, but at #3 is a little bit of a reach.

If the Jets trade back to block NE and then NE trades up, would the Jets then trade up to block them?

Jonah Williams would be outstanding at 3. Trading back & getting Jonah would be great. Agreed. I just do not think anyone will be willing to trade. We need to protect Sam. Jonah could be a 10 year + piece to that protection. A small reach is worth it in my opinion, if, no one is willing to trade up. Jonah at 8,9,10 and a mid second rounder would force me to put on my boner pants
