Absolutely hysterical. Nothing funnier than SCTV in its heyday. They could take any absurd idea and commit 100% to it...and make it funny. And I dont know what it says about me, but I loved that tune even as it came out when I was a Beatles/Stones/Clash/Zep head. Actually down-loaded it a few years ago. the night i met my wifne, sctv was a huge thing we had in common. nobody either of us knew watched it -NOBODY - but we both watched every episode. she couldn't believe i knew all her references and more, we laughed our goddamn asses off til we were cryin in the bar with everyone looking at us like wtf. knew she was the one and been together ever since |
