Fairly certain terrestrial radio is a dying breed. Had this conversation with my 23 year old sopne. I was commenting on how the stations I tend to put on (when I listen to terrestrial) are all the same 100 tunes from the 60, 70, 80's...and wondering why they dont try to appeal to a younger demo? He basically told me i am the only demo left. No one his age or younger listens to terrestrial so they got to milk us old guys with our comfort music Zep/Beatles/Stones?Petty etc. I was like fuck you...you're exactly right. |

Meh. This is guy who had a running gag celebrating AIDS deaths on this program. I saw the same celebration when RBG passed. People on the far ends suck. |

Was listening to our local AM station do a "memorial" for RUSH. They spoke of how the 12-3 slot was a basic AM couple doing music etc. When RUSH came in in April 1991, they stated the ad rates almost doubled in less than 3 months and they had to add sales people to cover all the interest. He truly generated revenue. |

Disgusting. Shows you the true colors of the left. When RBG died I kept quiet on social media out of respect for her. I wanted to call her a disgusting ugly gargoyle looking left wing anti-American hunch back from hell, but I didn’t. Too soon? 😂 I also would have never celebrated the fact that she dropped dead, which is what the left is doing with rush’s death. And it’s not just the far left, it’s media types, academics and idiot celebrities. Strike that - that is the far left. |
