Latest kick in the teeth is that ALL NCAA athletes are considered fully vaccinated if that had Covid, but many of the HCWs who had it and are vaccinated....need a booster? FFS. They're only going back if they had Covid less than for 90 days ago, anything over that and they need the vax. So in essence you can have one person jabbed once by the J+J over two months ago with absolutely no immunity and that is fine, but the person that has natural immunity is still the threat if they go past three months. We're living in a clown world.

I have both and just tested positive for Covid again on Monday.

Not allowed back in office without two vaccines (or one J&J). However, attendance has been voluntary for the past two weeks and no one has gone in (to my knowledge). How long that will last is anyones guess. Used to be in three days a week, then they upped it to five for Q4 end, now back three. But again, no one has been going in. If I skip it and they suddenly call us back I'll have to start all over. They were not annoyed to hear I was not previously vaxed. My company requires the vax now and wanted us back in the office but now we are back to essential works only for a while so we will see. The worst part is we have people all over the world on our team that don't have an office near them so I just keep asking how far away I have to move so I don't have to drive in. I used to go in 2 days a week before covid now with this "horrible virus" they want us in 3 days a week. Makes a lot of sense. It takes me about an hour to drive each way on a good day to sit there and have conference calls with people 5 desks away because we aren't allowed to use conference rooms because we could spread Covid. Also as I said most of the people in my group aren't at my location so WTF is the reason to be in the office? </rant> I should have retired. Two days up to three? That's fucked up.

Look no further than what is and has happened in the most vaxxed league in the world, the NHL. One unvaxxed player in the entire league and they had to shut down for an entire week or more in some parts. Could you imagine a world where they start testing for the cold and the numbers explode....we're living in it.

Also, definitely seeing a bump in cardiac arrests. Used to see 1 a week or so, now seeing 1-3 per shift. Had a NYPD retiree, recently boosted the other day (died). Asked the FDNY Lt if he's seeing an increase, said he was up to 5 that day (by noon), normally only sees 2-3 a day, almost all recently jabbed. I'm supposed to get my second Moderna jab in a week. I'm on blood pressure meds and, like many of us (I assume), am not the picture of health. Do I even bother? You know I can't possibly, in good conscience, tell you what to do one way or the other, right? Not trying to cop out. But you've read a-plenty, make the best decision with that info that you can for yourself and your family. Side note, I've contacted my local bike shop to ask about a PT job (god knows I've spent enough money there over the years), they told me sure come this spring. Very encouraged by the support I am seeing for fighting back on this booster mandate. Big obstacles now are getting someone to represent us legally, and to broadcast out message. Need to get to work on it my next few days off. Jets Things, after reading the above, you understand where I sit on the issue, loud and clear. But again, that's me. Godspeed friend.

I think it's common knowledge by now but this is the first one in a search on ddgo. humanevents.com/2022/01/13/ncaa-to-consider-previously-infected-individuals-as-fully-vaccinated/

I appreciate everything you've outlined. The good news is the recent large company SCOTUS decision, so I might not have to get it.
