DeVante Parker - WR - Player
CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora believes Louisville WR DeVante Parker could be a top-10 pick.
Parker is considered by many to be the No. 3 receiver in this class behind Amari Cooper and Kevin White, but some NFL evaluators have Parker ahead of White and not far behind Cooper. "Parker is the kind of kid who could go to the right spot and put up 1,200 receiving yards as a rookie," one personnel man said. "He's that good." The Rams and Vikings pick Nos. 10 and 11, respectively, and are said to be looking hard at Parker. At 6'3/209, he's a first-round lock.

Marcus Mariota - QB - Ducks
ESPN's Ron Jaworski cites sources saying Oregon QB Marcus Mariota will be the No. 1 pick by the Bucs.
"...You're starting to see, in my opinion, Winston's stock starting to slide a little bit and Mariota's stock starting to go up a little bit," Jaworski said, noting it might be due to coaches joining the draft process. Jaws went on to discuss how much Chip Kelly loves Mariota, saying the quarterback will win multiple super bowls in the NFL no matter where he lands. We have remained steadfast in saying Mariota absolutely has a shot at being the No. 1 pick, especially with the Glazer family having final say.

Garrett Grayson - QB - Rams
ESPN NFL Insider Adam Caplan believes Colorado State QB Garrett Grayson "may go higher than most expect."
"While Bryce Petty is the favorite to be the 3rd QB picked, Garrett Grayson may go higher than most expect," Caplan tweeted. The CSU prospect has been ranked anywhere from the third, fourth or fifth quarterback in the class by draft evaluators. The 6-foot-2 1/2, 214-pound Grayson has showed that he can be successful from the pocket and can be productive throwing from the shotgun. Grayson posted 7,975 yards and a 55/18 TD/INT ratio across 27 starts for the Rams over the past two years.

David Cobb - RB - Golden Gophers
There are elements of Minnesota RB David Cobb's "game that remind me of Houston's Arian Foster," CBS Sports' Rob Rang writes.
"Place Cobb in the zone-scheme in which his vision, balance and burst fit best and he'll be just fine. Don't mention that Cobb's 10-yard split (1.64) was just two-hundredths of a second slower than Wisconsin's speedster Melvin Gordon... There are elements of Cobb's game that remind me of Houston's Arian Foster, who (oh, by the way) was clocked at 4.69," Rang wrote. The 5-foot-11, 229-pound Cobb was quite productive for the Gophers this season, rushing for 1,626 yards and 13 touchdowns. If Cobb is given the opportunity to contribute early, he could pay big dividends for the team that takes a chance on him.

Kevin White - WR - Mountaineers
West Virginia WR Kevin White "is a big athlete who can run, jump and catch better than many receivers already in the NFL," according to NFLDraftScout.com's Frank Cooney.
"White must learn how to vary it to help create separation while running routes more complicated than his good-bye move straight up the field," Cooney wrote. "Scouts were disappointed when he opted out of the Senior Bowl because they wanted to see him challenged by top defensive backs. White did not encounter much press coverage in college and relied on his ability to out-jump defenders regardless of how close they were." White declined to comment on why he skipped the Senior Bowl. When asked why he improved suddenly last year, he said: "The aggression, whether it's blocking, a lot of talk trash, just being confident in myself. I love the game, so this is what I love to do."

DeVante Parker - WR - Cardinals
NFLDraftScout.com's Frank Cooney writes that if you "can't get [Amari] Cooper or [Kevin] White, then [Louisville WR DeVante Parker] is a damned good consolation prize."
"Parker's wingspan offers a target 80 inches across with big, soft hands to finish the job," Cooney wrote. "Wait, there's more. Scouts say he is still refining his craft as a route-runner and his tough-minded approach should help jump-start his pro career. Although Parker does not explode off the line, his long-striding style makes him deceptively fast at top speed." When asked to describe his game, Parker replied: "I'm a big, physical kind of player. I go up and get the ball. I go in the middle. Anywhere, I go and get it." Concluded Cooney: "In most drafts, Parker would be the best wide receiver."

Dorial Green-Beckham - WR - Sooners
Oklahoma WR Dorial Green-Beckham "is a remarkable physical specimen, but an NFL team should weigh the risk/reward factor before offering Green-Beckham a big paycheck in a league intent on dolling out punishment at the hint of an impropriety," according to NFLDraftScout.com's Frank Cooney.
The analyst acknowledges that DGB has top-10 talent, but is spooked, as are many analysts, by the player's off-field transgressions. Green-Beckham didn't offer much on that subject when asked about it by reporters at the combine. "It's very tough for me. It's tough for me to stand up here and be able to speak in front of all you guys because I haven't spoken in the past year," Green-Beckham said. "It's very tough for me to just take that chance I had last year to sit out and not speak and be able to focus on the things that I needed to focus on off the field."
