Federal Judge on NSA: 'Privacy Is Actually Overvalued'

And now FEDERAL FUCKING JUDGES are telling you that your constitutional rights to privacy are OVER VALUED! Haha! Because if you aren't hiding something then you should just let the government have total access to your privacy. It's so frightening that these people aren't even hiding the fact that they are just pawns and purchased to do what benefits the ones giving them the money. And that man was supposed to be one of the most respected judges in the country. Are you kidding me? Yet he has no value for your constitutional rights. But when it comes to the rights of the elite and few he sure as hell remembered the constitutional rights to privacy.

You can't make this shit up. And these idiots aren't even hiding their corruption. And it appears no body fucking cares. Unbelievable.

And yes, I realize that my last posts in this thread seem like the ramblings of a paranoid individual to some. But you just wait. They've already made it to wear you can't be an American and have money overseas without the IRS having access to it. It's really fucking with expatriots living in other countries as the banks have been forced into a global coalition thus they won't even allow Americans to have bank accounts now due to the crazy fees and penalties. They're strong arming banks around the world to control the money of US citizens. And people think they aren't trying to control other freedoms that the founders of this country intended for all to have. I'm going to start taking classes on how to farm and provide for myself and/or my family. You know, having skills that Americans had 100 years ago before they were tricked over time into relying on the government for everything. Just be prepared to pay taxes to Monsanto for the seeds and the fruits they produce since they are trying to eliminate all non GMO produce... they check the DNA of the plants in order to legally demand such from you. Bet you didn't know that.

Which is why they don't want you to live without "utilities". Because once you set up yourself to collect energy from the sun and water from the rain you are no longer under their mind and wallet control. Next thing they'll tell you is that it's illegal to farm that land because of "zoning" laws. It's happening already. Now you may call my concerns over where it's heading opportunistic or paranoia but to me it's a logical leap to see where it's going and how they are already legislating against such things. Ga just allowed for solar power to be legal after much scrutiny two years ago. You'll see. They'll come into your houses to see if you're collecting water in barrels from the rain that fell on your house like the Nazis did in looking for "papers". They've already signed the foundation for this power into law via scare and panic tactics. It's happening. And when the shit hits the fan the rich and elite are going to attempt to take from everyone else in order to survive.

Not to get in the way of good rant, but rain water came up and I wanted to explain/show a project I have been working on for over a year now.

Water harvesting is regulated by the states. In Or it's illegal to dig a hole in the ground to collect water and then use that said water, this pisses the hell out of farmers in the southern areas of the state in particular, 75% of OR is desert.

In 2000 or so the OR legislature passed a bill allowing individuals and business to capture any rain that falls on there roof and you can then do pretty much what ever you want with it as long as you don't co mingle it with your drinking, showering, washing, cooking water or the local water utilities water.
You can filter and treat the water easy enough to make it completely safe to drink and such but the regulations at that point make it undesirable to do so.

So I have this customer (an international paper product company), that approached me a few years back about recovering some of the water from there 700,000 square foot roof and maybe using it to water the lawn in the summer.

Looked at a lot of different options. And the big first decision is how to store the water. I found this glass lined 20,000 gallon steel tank on CraigsList about a mile away from there facility for a dollar.



It was no longer need to service the 60 unit trailer park, price was right, but cost me $4500 to have it moved and placed, was a challenge getting it with out moving any trailer houses.

The city is involved at this point  because I need a building permit for the new footings that the tank will rest on, another $4500 in concrete, rebarb, and labor to build the footings because the city decided I needed literally twice as big footings/pads that it had been using for 30+ years cause they knew for sure that they would not work at the smaller size.

But I am done with the city now.

Next I had to figure how to get the water in the tank, went round and around with this, how to work the overflow was kind of a sticking point cause I didn't want to pay any one to cut a hole in the tank and fabricate custom fittings.  Finally was thinking about how water levels work and came up with a idea that seems to be working.



The building has 8 count 8" down spouts.  On top of all these elbows and fittings I have a 8" in line filter basket to catch most all of the debris that might wash off the roof. I am attempting to divert the water from the roof into the 2" pipe and it seems to be working, the water then runs through the 2" into the bottom of the tank filling it. When the water level in the tank reaches the height of the bottom part of the inverted Y fitting below the leaf strainer, it begins to over flow into the 8" pipe thus eliminating the need for a overflow and piping on the tank.

in the middle I have a 2" lateral running to the parking lot drain which is part of the rain drain system so when it freezes I can shut off the inlet valve on the bottom of the tank and open the valve on the 2" lateral and drain all the charged water and just allow any rain or snow melt to run into the parking lot drain.


It filled in 2 days with about an 1 1'4 inch of rain.




Total expense as of now is around $15,000, We expect to spend another $5,000 or so to bring the water into the building (pump, filters, hot water tank to heat it, plumbing and labor)  I am doing this for about no dollars, because I might try to go into the rain water recovery business and figure this is a good way to get some on the job training. If I was to sell this system in the future it would be about $35,000 to $40,000.

They will use it for cleaning there gear and there wash out process. In March the amount of water they use is determined to calculate there sewer fee for the year, on average in the winter they use about a 110,000 gallons a month. About a 100,000 gallons of that water is used in there wash out process, the rest is toilets, washing hands etc. We know this because after the wash out the water is contaminated and they recover that water and send it to a sister facility where it is treated and released.

They send over about a 100,000 gallons a month.  If we can reduce the amount of water they use in March to around 20,000 gallons that will save them about $6,000 a year in sewer fees. So the cost for the system should pay off in less then 4 years.

Sorry for the long post but I have been wanting to write this down for a while.

And PK, I know it's not the cleanest job and will do it a bit different next time, but the method is solid.
