Jerseys arrived in the mail today. Finally. One adult, one youth small Tavares. Look good to me, a little larger than I thought. If you think you're a large, get a medium. took a while from China to Chicago. Then a week from Chicago to Memphis, via Indianapolis. Must have had a guy walk it there. Then 24 hours from Memphis to my house. :confuse:   |

I think it would be best if they just chained Halak to the fucking net before every period. Snow should institute a fine everytime he leaves the crease. Perhaps that will stop him.

Looks good Big L. Is the photo of the kid or adult jersey? are the two of the same quality? 91 is the kid jersey, and the other is the front of the adult jersey. I can post more pics if you want. Both jerseys have the tie down in the back, too. I might cut those off, though. The stitching is generally very good. Only complaint would be at the side seams, one side is of about 3/16 of an inch. It's like a real jersey, would fit well with the pads on. However I won't be wearing it with pads, so it's big. I ordered the large (50), and I jused checked to see what was smaller, and there's only one size smaller, a medium (48). I'm not a big guy, 5'11, 180, so I think even a medium would be big on me. I'd almost order another medium and sell the large if I thought there'd be that much of a difference in size, but I doubt there would be. |

I had the same thought -- a chain and a padlock. Fortuantely Martin gota piece of the puck -- not sure it was going into the net, but big play by Martin to help bail out his goalie. Good win vs. a feisty leafs team. Yup - everytime this season that the team has gone into a little funk, they have come back with winning streak after the short losing streak -- 4 out of 5 since the 3 game losing streak and back to the top of the Metro. |

The team isn't playing its best hockey right now.....but seeing them fight, and grind out these wins is pretty awesome.
Losing Okposo has really hurt this team....but seeing guys like Lee step up is fun to see.
Now only if Nelson could get on track, I'd get real excited.

Basically Halak should start 3, then CJ one, Halak 3, etc. what is Halak on pace for now? |
