These guys are playing .500 hockey of late. That shit ain't gonna cut it in the playoffs, and going in to the playoffs luke warm is a recipe for first round ouster.

If I were a Rangers fan, I'd fear they are peaking too early. As much as I love the idea of the Isles winning the Metropolitan Division (nice banner to raise opening night in Brooklyn - at a minimum), I'm ok diving underneath the radar a bit in April. Anything that gets us a home ice for the first round and I'll be a happy camper. |

Nice win -- going into Nashville and coming away with 2 points, but can this team ever do anything the easy way. I thought they played a strong 3rd period except for a short stretch where they coughed up the lead in less than a minute. Didn't really allow Nashville any opportunities in the last 5 minutes.
