Hope the Islea can wash off the stink of another disgusting a Jets loss with a big win vs. Montreal tonight. Doubt it, but I like to dream. Just added another layer of stink with those last 4 minutes. Too many men penalty with just over a minute left and down1. Fucking awful. I hate sports. |

Yeah, when it rains, it pours. ironically, special teams for the jets today were OK. Specials for the isles sucked. Allowed two PPGs and a shorty. |

This season looking very much like the second half of last season.
At the quarter pole, I had hoped they'd be doing a little better.
Not time to panic, but this team looks a lot like a team trying to squeak in to the eight seed for another first round exit.

It's a LOOOOOONG season. On the bright side, we are done with Montreal.
I was bummed about the Hammer situation but I sort of think that trading him and another player for some new (talented) blood could do wonders. A minor shakeup of the lineup likely not a bad thing.

Down 2-0 on the road heading into the 3rd and we find a way to get at least one point. 2nd point would be a real nice bonus right now.
