Eh, didn't catch the whole story, but I heard on the TV as I was passing by something about the Isles and, I thought they said Mets, but Nets makes more sense, about a move to a new facility in Queens. Obviously would have to be built, but gist was moving out of Barclays.
Anyone hear anything?

There is also some buzz about a move to a new arena near Belmont Park.

New owners are smart. They understand the Barclays "as is" doesn't make sense long term. They have an out in 4 years and will explore all options. Most likely as leverage to get an enormously painful and expensive reconfiguration... we shall see if they are bluffing are really mean it. A new arena in Queens or Nassau really screws up the Barclays people, not just for Brooklyn but for the renovated Coliseum, which they also operate.

As you're probably aware, Anders Lee is one of my favorite young Isles players. Came out with some t shirts and sweatshirts
