Not true, you just need to learn fire management. Cooking with charcoal has a much steeper learning curve than gas. You need to learn direct/indirect cooking to keep from burning stuff. LOL bro.. That went over your head I guess... I meant the Jet Green grill will burn everything you try to cook inherently, even if you undercook it.  Now gimme that damn ribz recipe! We are already speculating on dates for this; if 9/27 is a home game for us I'm thinking that's the date. We play the Fins in London 10/4. then we have a bye week 10/11. |
