Farking Rangers! Lazy, uninspired hockey. They're going to go out with a whimper. No worries, Capitals are experts in blowing 3-1 series leads. How about some credit to the Caps. Holtby has been playing lights out and the team in front of him has been solid in these playoffs, especially when playing with a lead. This is not the Capital team that I am used to seeing in the post season. Disciplined and physical are not words that are usually associated with the Caps in the postseason. Shows what a difference a coach can make -- Barry Trotz has completely changed the team's approach and it is working in the playoffs. That said, the series is not over -- would not be at all surprised to see the Rangers turn it around and at least get to a Game 7. |

They are playing well, they are bigger, they are hungrier and see this as a revenge series after last season. And Holtby is standing on his head lately. Rangers aren't playing well but that's not the primary reason they're losing. I'm not sure how big of a factor the Mats Zuccarello injury is but it certainly doesn't help. You can't score 1 goal in 6 periods of hockey and expect to win playoff games. |

Force game 7 and the LGR have all of the momentum. Now is the real test of the Stanley Cup. Do or die. Time to get it the fuck together. This was a fantastic fucking start. That goal before Lundqvist could even get to the bench was  |

We need st louis and Nash to step it up. St Louis has had some nice chances just can't seem to put it in the net. And Nash did so well in the regular season but he has disappeared come playoff time once again. |
