I never watched film on Ogbah this year because I don't think he fits our defense. When I did watch OSU live last year he always stood out and I never understood the hot/cold motor analysis. He was dominant with an incredible motor in the games I watched. He makes a lot of splash plays, but can get washout on run plays. He kind of reminds me of Aldon Smith lite. I think his ability and splash plays far outweigh his bad ones. I wouldn't be shocked if he's winds up being the best defensive player in this draft. Him and Ramsey have the most upside in my opinion.

I can certainly see him getting picked there. In my opinion it's Tunsil, Goff, Ramsey, Wentz, and Bosa. I know Buckner is good, but my gut says he busts. Jack is 6th for me and then Spence/Ogbah/Stanley fill out the top ten. I was about to take Ogbah/Spence with the Bears/Raiders pick, but didn't have the balls to pick them.

I still think Spence drops and my gut says we take him although I wouldn't.

I'm liking the out of the box top 10 rankings. I still think Spence drops and my gut says we take him although I wouldn't. I think he drops too, but I have a feeling that Spence or Lynch is our pick. If Bowles had a say in Arizona, I don't think he shys away from character concerns. As long as Spence interviews well I fell like he'd be comfortable taking him. Arizona took Mathieu who I really wanted and that looks like a great pick. Our defense needs playmakers. I have no problem taking players with character concerns. They usually hold it together for 3-5 years and then lose it when they get paid. I'll take an allstar problem child for a few years and then ship his ass out.

Never thought Maury would miss his pick but shit happens. It's probably the curse of the RobRobo pick. His other team is the Pats, so he won't come up again in the first round. it must be part of that organized boycott of the first round.

I think Spence has problems that run deep and I would pass at 20. I also hated the honeybadger and he has played OK, he also fell to the third.

Spence has legit size and plays one of the most important positions. That's why he'll go higher. Also he hasn't failed a drug test in forever. If I remember correctly Mathieu admitted to failing more than 10 drug tests.

Sorry about missing the Seahawks pick guys, wife had me out running errands. Did you like the pick? I did, I was thinking either Butler or Spriggs there.

I did, I was thinking either Butler or Spriggs there. Those are two of the guys we were debating for you. Just thought Butler was the better overall prospect. When you start to look at the Seahawks roster, its surprising just how many holes they do have, especially for a SB contender.

I will have limited availability throughout the day today, I will check in when I can, but if you are sending me any trades or picks by PM, please be sure to copy RobR and JCappy.
I hate when work gets in the way of a good mock draft.
Thanks

not a sold on Doctson yet. Truth be told, neither am I... But putting myself in the Chiefs role, we need some wide outs that can make plays. We don't have a lot of those... In fact, just Maclin as far as I'm concerned. I would have ideally snagged one of the guys taken just above me, but I can slot Doctson in at WR2 and be reasonably satisfied that he can step in and help right away. I was a bit less confident about the other WR on the board.
