Interesting list with numerous high picks considering we were at 6. I wonder why they wasted visits on Winston and Mayle, with Winston being a shoo-in for 1st overall and Mayle a borderline scrub.

That list of PRI workouts is way too short... do we necessarily "get" to know who they visit with? How does one come by that information if the player and Macc don't disclose?

Seems like last year, Macc wasn't going to be caught off guard if they traded back, he worked the board front to back for the 1st round.

Real bad track record but if he ever got his head on straight he could end up being a mid round steal. Reminds me of a young Cro.

Apparently they did bring in Leo for a late visit, must have been after the SB Nation article was published, or the article was just wrong. From NFL.com, last April:

Southern Cal defensive lineman Leonard Williams and Florida defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. will both head to New York this week to meet with Jets officials, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport. New head coach Todd Bowles has a defensive background and could make a significant impact on the club's defense with the No. 6 overall pick of the draft. A pass rusher is certainly among the Jets' highest draft priorities, and several of them are expected to be chosen among the top 10 picks.

Whether No. 6 is high enough for either Williams or Fowler is another question, however.
