Yeah... this guy is fit to be President of the United States and leader of the free world. Donald Trump said Sunday that in the wake of the mass shooting in Orlando, it's time for the United States to start looking at racial profiling as a preventative tactic."Well I think profiling is something that we're going to have to start thinking about as a country," the presumptive GOP nominee said in a phone interview with CBS' "Face the Nation. "Other countries do it, you look at Israel and you look at others, they do it and they do it successfully. And I hate the concept of profiling but we have to start using common sense and we have to use our heads." "It's not the worst thing to do," he added. Trump's comments come one week after 49 people were shot and killed in a gay nightclub in Orlando, the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. Following the massacre, Trump renewed his calls for a temporary ban on Muslims entering the U.S., saying it would have prevented the attack despite the fact that shooter Omar Mateen was born in the U.S.
On Sunday, the GOP politician also said attacks like Orlando would stop if those in the Muslim community would "report" suspicious things. "When you look at, when you look at people within the Muslim community and where people are living and they don't report, and a good example of that would be San Bernardino," he said. "I mean, they had bombs all over their apartment floor and people saw it and nobody reported them, and 14 people were killed, many injured." Mateen, Trump added, had definite "red flags" before the attack. "You look at his past, I mean? I've never seen a past quite like that," he said of Mateen. "You look at his record in school, you look at a lot of other things. There were a lot of red flags, this was not a very good young man." Trump said he's working with the National Rifle Association on the details of a policy that would ban people on the no-fly list from purchasing guns. "We understand there are problems with that because some people are on the terror watch list that shouldn't be on," he said. "So I'm working with the NRA, we're discussing it and again the NRA has the best interests of our country, it just has the absolute best interests of our country."Asked about GOP leaders' criticism of him in recent days, especially over his renewed focus on the Muslim ban, Trump said those Republicans should stop "talking so much" and just "do their job." The issue is compounded, he added, when the media focuses more on his detractors in the GOP than his supporters. "I think that honestly they should go about their business and they should do a wonderful job and work on budgets and get the budgets down and get the military the kind of money they need and lots of other things, and they shouldn't be talking so much," he said. "They should go out and do their job, let me do my job."

Trump has no idea what happens when someone tells him no. I watched Jeff Sessions try to support him on many statements he has made over the last month on Fox Sunday and he can't because he has no idea what Trump is actually talking about on the majority of topics. If Trump keeps up his bs he will lose worse than Romney. Yeah... this guy is fit to be President of the United States and leader of the free world. News flash. We already racial profile. It is literally a law enforcement and intelligence tactic. And our government also kills innocent civilians in other countries. All done under Barry and Hillary's watch. How do we sleep at night? Trump says some mean things. Hillary has done a lot of awful things. You realize Hillary Clinton has been intimately involved in our foreign policy for the past 16 years. How has that been working out? This is what we need another 8 years of: www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2016/06/19/lynch_partial_transcript_of_orlando_911_calls_will_have_references_to_isis_cut_out.htmlLynch: "Partial Transcript" Of Orlando 911 Calls Will Have References To Islamic Terrorism Removed

Gee I wonder what kind of world we would be living in if we didn't invade Iraq? We are fighting an ideology and yet Americans kill other Americans daily without claiming it to be done on the behalf of ISIS. We are a violent nation and we have the stats to prove it. News flash. We are a violent nation. It is in our DNA. We fought for our freedoms and now we those who abuse them and those who just want to give them up. Both equally as sad in my opinion. But the world changed before the invasion of Iraq. It was 9/11. What kind of world would we be living in if Bubba had pulled the trigger on bin Laden when he had the chance. www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2016/02/16/bill-clinton-and-the-missed-opportunities-to-kill-osama-bin-laden/How many innocents could have been saved in the nearly two decades since had we just killed the 300 that day. Not to mention the 3,000 that died on 9/11.

We invaded Iraq more than once and is a major factor now. Bin Laden lost his shit over Saudi Arabia letting us use their country for air strikes etc. Iraq makes Vietnam look like a love story. Clinton made an executive decision and admits he was wrong for not doing it. After 9-11 we invaded Afghanistan and no one had a problem invading the country that let AQ train freely to prepare for 9-11. Afghanistan would have been difficult enough but no let's invade Iraq too??? The U.S. created this shit storm and now we want to blame Obama for leaving Iraq too soon? The Iraqis shouldn't be held responsible for not protecting themselves after the billions we spent there? No invasion of Iraq and there's not vacuum to fill. We can't ignore these realities, No one wants to solve anything else it's "THEIR IDEA", how can we as a nation continue to be so partisan when it comes to simply being rational about what has happened over the last 15 years? We can't make this into we hate an entire religion because it will feed into the BS ISIL/ISIS ideology to recruit, "SEE THEY HATE US". .

Here's my issue with banning no-fly list folks from buying a gun. Ive gone back and forth on this issue the past week, but: 1) it wouldnt have stopped Mateen, since he wasnt on the no-fly list apparently? 2) if you were to do this, which is a good step in theory, you have to, HAVE to make sure the list is accurate and have a way to get off the list - too many stories of adults and CHILDREN mistakenly on the list, or being blocked from flying because of someone with a similar name; you have to fix the list and its associated processes to be put on and get off the list. If another Donald Trump is on the list, should this Donald Trump be blocked, because that happens today with flying?

Not to mention the 3,000 that died on 9/11. The age old question... probably around even before J.S. Mill and Utilitarianism... are you willing to kill 300 innocents to save thousands (and avenge the 3000 from 9/11)? We were willing to in WW2, I suppose, with Japan.... killing x to shorten the war and save y.
