I'm down for being wrong. I need to see games that don't fit into the "LSU stomps on Team X, and Leo racks up 300 yards on 11 carries" or the "defense takes Leo out of the game/gameflow" narratives. I'll keep your vision and mobility praise in mind, but I don't know I'm convinced that he can overcome scheme adversity. Still deserves to be recognized as premiere back; along with Elliot, McFadden, Peterson, etc. I'll try to find one for you

I'm changing my stance on sitting out a bowl game that is not for the national championship to prepare for the draft. Up until now, I though it should definitely cause me to not want such a "me first" guy who is letting down his teammates. Now, my view is. It depends on the answers to two questions: 1) Did the player play through injuries in the past when his team needed him in the lineup? 2) Was it a difficult decision, in that does the player have concerns that his teammates will feel he is letting them down? The former can be answered by historical record. The latter would be addressed during the interview and his sincerity can be subjectively evaluated.
I would say that for the two backs at issue you would have to answer the first question in the affirmative in that both played through injuries this season. The answer to the remaining question is for each from office to determine.

If we do select Fournette and go with Hackenberg next year, Chan is going to have to run a lot more pro sets and a lot less spread looks. draftbreakdown.com/video/leonard-fournette-vs-auburn-2015/

Especially in the case of Fournette -- he missed 4 or 5 games this year with injuries (high ankle sprain I believe) including LSU's last game of the year against A&M. If he feels he is better off skipping a meaningless Bowl Game, I can't hold that against him.

Good game film there vs auburn. Maybe I don't give him enough credit for his agility and vision/instinct. the run at 3:38 is impressive. I still question his lateral mobility but the power running is dominant.

This went from a deep RB class to a meh RB class. Just from the above list, there are 6 or 7 RBs worthy of 1st or 2nd day picks . I think that's a good RB class despite the guys who didn't declare . My preference is still Wayne Gallman .

My preference is still Wayne Gallman . I agree - the RB draft class still looks good at the top: Cook, Fournette, Foreman, Gallman, McCaffrey. Losing guys like Chubb, Freeman and Hood, however, will impact the depth in the middle rounds. Also sorry to see McClinchey is staying. I am still hoping maybe the OT class will look better as the draft season really gets underway.

My curiosity is how badly is the hip injury Ryan Ramzcyk has . I want that kid on the Jets if his hip isn't a problem .

This kid Luke Falk reminds me of Chad Pennington . The only difference is I don't ever remember seeing this kid take a single snap from under center . He doesn't have the strongest arm, but he seems really smart and accurate .
