just as I suspected. No QB at all.
Big Mac chooses a 37 year old career journeyman in Mccown, and methinks he hopes he never plays a down for the Jets. He is known to be a team guy. A mentor and potentially future coach
Doesn't draft a QB. Drafts postional players to strengthen the team.
Creates a situation that Petty and Hack can seize the starting QB. With of course Hack as the frontrunner.
If Hack or Petty light it up, great. If they suck, draft one next year. Drafting anyone this year woulda been dumb. No room for another developmental QB. And besides, none were that good anyway.
