WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Donald Trump has fired FBI Director James Comey.
In a statement, Trump says Comey's firing "will mark a new beginning" for the FBI. The White House says the search for a new FBI director will begin immediately.
Comey's firing comes days after he testified on Capitol Hill about the FBI's investigation into Russia's election meddling and possible connections between Russia and Trump's campaign.....good riddance to incompentancy

While I agree that Trump's timing could've been better (should've been done during the transition)...
Dems were still calling for this motherfucker to be fired less than 2 hours ago lol.
Now they're screaming "Watergate" all over the place.

Im hoping this means he is bringing in someone who is going to go after the Clintons. I think Sheriff Clarke is a long shot but man wouldnt that be incredible.
BTW, if you are watching CNN you would think Trump has people in the FBI now putting all the documents in the shredder. A default iOS and Android "news" sauce that 99% of my generation gets their "news" from. Incredible. Same people that think Sally Yates delivered the Gettysburg Address yesterday.
