Federal grand-jury subpoena. Sounds so scary. Then you read the fine print. They're trying to hang Flynn on a $45,000 appearance he made in Russia. He didn't disclose what he made on the trip but he did inform the DoD that he was making the trip and speaking there. $45,000. How many hundred of millions did the Clintons receive from foreign governments and businesses? Yeah, Flynn fucked up. I think he took money from Turkey too. I also think I read that he failed to register as a foreign agent, a lobbyist basically.

There's a story that was printed in the Wash Post or NYT that there is an email from Loretta Lynch that she wouldn't let Hillary be indicted and she would do everything in her power to prevent it. You guys remember when Comey was handing out immunity to everyone to get them to be interviewed by the FBI? I just heard James Kallstrom, former Assistant Director to the FBI. He said Lynch wouldn't let Comey seat a grand jury for the email investigation. The grand jury is what allows investigators to issue subpoenas. Kallstrom said at this point Comey should have demanded a grand jury or resigned. Comey was asked about the Lynch email during the Senate hearings and wouldn't comment on it.

Almost every retired politician or head of fed agency becomes a consultant or lobbyist of some sort. Comey probably has a multi-million dollar job lined up already.

There is a flip slide to that impropriety. I've heard people ("expert" pundits) argue that Lynch meeting with Bill on the tarmac forced his hand in coming forward about the investigation. That and the Associate Director McCabe's wife having a very close relationship with the Clinton all while him being in charge of the investigation. Two things that people who get their news from Twitter and push notifications probably know nothing about. This is what happens when the FBI and CIA is filled with political appointees and loyalists. Nearly every agency we have in government is politically charged. Im hoping this helps blow the lid off the Clinton thing. Like I said before, I was willing to let it go away for the sake of the country and moving on but these fucking Clintons are still trying to piss in the well. She needs to go to jail. While I disagree with prosecuting Clinton at this stage, Bill Clinton is responsible for all of this. Were it not for his ill advised decision to meet Loretta Lynch on the tarmac, the matter would have stayed within the DOJ. The Clintons are incredibly tone deaf on how their words and acts are going to be viewed in public. Bill was keeping his wife out of court or more likely out of jail. I am sure she has some great secrets she could sell on him. Why should she be immune? They would have you in jail if they found something on you. And I feel the same way with Trump or anyone else. If there is evidence of illegality/treason then they should be indited.

Senate Minority leader Chuck Schumer on Comey, “I do not have confidence in him any longer,”
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi told CNN last year that "Maybe [Comey's] not in the right job.”
“I think that we have to just get through this election and just see what the casualties are along the way,”

Grand jury subpoenas announced regarding Flynn's people. No matter how you feel about Trump, until this investigation is resolved (one way or the other), its not a good look for our country. Dims will drag this out for years, and never let it go. I hope they don't. Let's find out what, if anything, happened and move on. But we can't function well as a government with this black cloud hanging over Trump's head.

I can tell you that personally, as a prosecutor who works with police every week, actions that are arguably criminal are not prosecuted all the time. No one said she is immune to anything. I speed in my car all the time (as do many who are reading this thread). Should we all get speeding tickets every single time we speed? Do you know the amount of resources that it would take to fulfill that? Most of us were not aware of the statute the Hillary arguably violated until the email scandal broke. The only reason most people give a shit is because she is an unpopular person who ran for president.

You subpoena a set of documents that you want, come up with new questions and inquiries based upon what you read and then issue new subpoenas. If the Clintons received millions illegally from foreign agents, then they should be prosecuted as well. I don't know why it has to be one or the other.

Putting her server in an unsecured location, using a Gmail type account for business are blatant violations of state department policy. We will never know the amount of hacking that was done based on this.... she also lied under oath when she denied wrong doing.

When I was I the Army the guys in the Communications platoon in charge of the radios had to carry a little book for the radio frequencies that the Battalion used. If you lost this book you were going to jail. Hillary, Huma and her crew treated classified information like it was a newspaper and just left that shit anywhere. She needs to be in jail.

What better discovery is there than the FISA warrants they used to get his conversations with foreign dignitaries? They don't have to be one or the other, nor should they be. But for the so-called "news" media its seems to be.
