crazy people already crying "constitutional crisis" and "impeachment". they'll milk it cuz they have nothing else to get votes. where were they the last 8 years of pen-and-phone executive orders, Lynch meeting with Clinton to discuss grandkids, etc? the same typs of people who thought a DC pizza place was a gay kiddy hook up spot? AKA Flynns son. easy to buy considering ole Slick Willie was didling underage girls on his buddy's plane

Stop with this bullshit. When I was I the Army the guys in the Communications platoon in charge of the radios had to carry a little book for the radio frequencies that the Battalion used. If you lost this book you were going to jail. Hillary, Huma and her crew treated classified information like it was a newspaper and just left that shit anywhere. She needs to be in jail. Ok, I was in the air force. When we were in the military, we were subject to the UCMJ, which civilians are not subject to, so you aren't making an apples to apples comparison. For example, as a civilian, you can accept a gift from someone and not be in any trouble. If you were an office holder, the same exact gift can get you in trouble. Your argument is bullshit. In both the civilian and military, you are given a class on the proper handling and storage of classified information. At the end of the class you sign a statement acknowledging getting the class and you are told at the time what the penalties are if you break the law. It doesn't make a difference if you are military or civilian.

You can take a picture of something on a submarine and get put in jail for years but if you store top secret information on a vulnerable server you can be the Democrat nominee for President.

And neither you nor I know what those warrants disclosed. The news media is generally for entertainment these days. Fair enough. But we know what they didnt disclose bc according to the heads of multiple agencies there is no evidence of Trump/Russia collusion.
Hopefully they were checking the dumpster out back behind the Trump Grill. It depends on what news sources you read as there are other reports to the contrary. Let's just get this over with, there is either something there or there isn't. We don't deserve a government that doesn't function for years over this issue. Either prosecute or absolve.

Yes, you can get in trouble for violating the terms of an agreement whether you are in the military or in the civilian world. There are things that you do in the military that get you in trouble that would not get you in trouble in the civilian world. As one example, people were getting in trouble when I was enlisted for not taking the Anthrax vaccine. This is generally not something you would get in trouble for in the civilian world.

Fuckin A you're confused. First you said nobody gave a shit about Hillary violating some obscure statute, they just wanted her in jail because she was unpopular. Then you come up with some apples and oranges bullshit and I show you they are the exact same thing now you're here. Pull your head out of your ass. In a poll right after Comeys she won't be charged speech, 69% thought she should be charged. You know why? Because she broke the fucking law? i don't see anyone here that is a Trump supporter blindly standing behind Mike Flynn. The consensus seems to be that he lied to Pence and should have been fired. If he broke any laws he's got to pay the price. Same thing with anyone else. You fucking liberals on the other hand are rediculous in your support of Hillary. The woman is a criminal but in your eyes she can do no wrong.

The woman is a criminal but in your eyes she can do no wrong. Jesus fucking christ you are dense. Now I remember why I generally stay out of this part of the site. Let me try to simplify this for you. In order for someone to be convicted of a crime, the state has to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. The person that decides to prosecute the case (in Clinton's case the FBI after the Jarrett stepped aside because of the Bill Clinton fiasco) has to decide whether they are going to proceed by taking into account various factors, including, but not limited to, the likelihood of conviction, the person's past criminal record, and what the ultimate punishment will be for the crime. In this case, Comey decided not to proceed with the investigation. You can believe he was politically motivated for refusing to prosecute if you like, that's your decision. It doesn't mean Hillary Clinton didn't do anything wrong, negligent or highly irresponsible. The apples to apples analogy was because you said that Clinton should go to jail because someone that was with you in the army violated the UCMJ, they went to jail. I tried to show you that service members have a stricter code of conduct to follow than civilians, but that was apparently not simple enough for you to follow. I'm not defending Hillary Clinton's use of an email server. My point is the people that were in a position to prosecute her chose not to. These are people who could have lifted their careers considerably by successfully prosecuting her (like Giuliani and the mob in the 80s), but they chose not to. If they were biased towards protecting her, I cannot believe that they would also announce continuing the investigation in October 2016 and risk affecting her campaign. These people, not you, I nor the media, had the best access to the evidence against her and they chose not to prosecute. Period. Based upon this, can I say definitively that she was clean? Absolutely not, but I just don't believe that they had much evidence to successfully prosecute her.

Whatever, I'm going back to the draft forum.
