Stay away from beef strips/ribeyes etc and lamb, prices out of control at moment In a perfect world, I would eat only grass fed beef. Rather than the corn/antibiotics-fed variety which is what turned beef into a disastrous product for arteries and general health. I've actually gotten used to the different texture of grass fed beef and like that I am supporting ranchers who are raising cattle the the old ways. That said, I rarely eat beef anymore except for special occasions. The prices are just staggering. The price for quality I guess.

Just made burgers on a cast iron skillet on the grill.
50% ground chuck 50% ground short ribs. Lots of ground sea salt.
Brioche buns (very little vaginal yeast by the taste of them), red leaf lettuce, heirloom tomato, avacado and a fried egg.
Outstanding.

Egg has to be over easy or sunny side up.
