Wow, is that the best argument you've got? You think your government handout should continue because fuck you? Spoken like every other libtard welfare queen sucking on the government teat. By the way, I've been a homeowner for over 20 years. Only difference is that I'm man enough and responsible enough I don't think someone else should pay for it. It's my obligation, not the government's. Libitard? LOLGFY. _ Lolwut

Fucking loser. Buy a fucking house. Take some pride in yourself. Or continue to live in a tenament and expect your overlord to keep up your slum lifestyle. _ Wow, is that the best argument you've got? I like what I'm seeing. Hope it passes unscathed. The deductions afforded to homeowners have never made sense: it's unfair to renters a handout to the haves, and generally speaking bad for the country. Will be glad to see that go. As a homeowner?

Socialist? Sounds like you're the one who wants your personal purchases subsidized by the government in the form of tax deductions. And before you go ranting about property tax deductions encouraging home ownership and that being a good thing...it's not the governments job to be in the business of social engineering. You want to buy a house? Fine, buy one. But don't expect to deserve government subsidy. So that little tax deduction is a subsidy in your eyes eh. WOW. It does encourage home ownership as well as maintenance and upkeep. Which translates into millions of jobs and billions of dollars spent by home owners so we more that make up for the fucking subsidy you mention. Slapdick KICK HIS ASS What a Dipshit; what do landlord's do when confronted with escalating costs? PASS IT ON TO BUSHYLOBSTERS common

If states want to make homeownership attractive then they should be the ones offering the incentives. Like tuition grants have done to the cost of college, real estate deductions have led to increase in property values. Great if you already own a house, not so great if you are trying to climb that ladder.
Aren't you commies for the "little guy"?
Bottom line is if they coastal elite states want to keep people living there then they are going to have to make it more attractive without the help of the feds.
