I am in the same boat. Bought 7 years ago. Making an exit plan but there are many strings I need to untangle before I can. I was 34 when I left NY. I had 2 kids 7 and 4 and NO FUCKING JOB! I quit my job, sold my house on LI and took the 50K of equity with me. Thats all I had. Lived in an apartment for the 1st 6 months. I started to detest NY so much for its high taxes, long commutes and public employee unions. 1st 2 years in NC were a bit of an adjustment but I LOVE it here, I make a Kings ransom as a CPA Financial planner. My kids are now solid NC residents, went to top colleges, great jobs etc. I would encourage you to execute. It is so nice to wake up in the morning to a level playing field, 10 minute commute to a high 6 figure job, golf 11 months a year. bro whats wrong w you shut up! you want them to turn the south into Long Island and Hollywood?? ah well fuck it they already did ruin everything good about it here. Now you get cali traffic and overpriced everything and wages stay at southern rates.

It’s just you. Also, your the only man on earth who loves the ugly sick twisted gross fat faces of Hilary and Lena Dunham. Also, every democratic senator looks like they fell down a flight of ugly stairs. Adam Schiff? The dem party chair weasel? Disgusting puke inducing skells. But you love them. Yuck. Kind of related, maybe just me but I've been thinking Betsy Devos isn't bad looking for an older broad. Definite GILF material. And shes loaded. Kristi Noem aint bad either.

Problem is I am divorced and my kids are 18 and 15. 1 still in high school for 2.5 more years and she isn't going to want to leave at least until she graduates. Because of my ex I can't just say we are going, they would end up staying here and she is not a good influence. Add in that my father is 79, needs constant help even though he is in good health, he is just very dependent, and all he has is me after my step-mom passed a few years ago. My plan right now is to seriously start the conversation with everyone in 2019 and see what I can do. On the good note my girlfriend is on board and would pretty much follow me anywhere. She is a keeper.

Sold a house and 2 businesses just to get the fuck out. Never looked back. I even had to change industries. Still no fucking problem. I see friends who have stayed on the Island and even though we are the same age they look 5 to 10 years older. My best friends Aunt even made a comment back in August. Why does Timmy look so much better then Mike. The place is a life sucking force like no other. Get out get out get out!!!!

Does anyone else hate paul ryan's face or is it just me? With that said, I'll give this tax bill a chance. Hopefully these corporate tax cuts trickle on down to the lower classes like they think it will. I like how this new bill doesn't fine people for not having medical insurance either. Always thought that was a terrible idea. If a healthy young person doesn't want to pay for medical insurance, that's their prerogative. The gov't shouldn't be fining them for not having it. Time will tell if it was a good plan or not. Hopefully it works. Yuck. So what you're telling me is you don't find this attractive?

There are much much much more disgusting, disturbing, fangoria looking pics of that beast. Her boyfriend should get hazard pay. He should be given a medal, as well as a thouroghly detailed and comprehensive mental evaluation. There’s obviously something not right in his head (both of them). :-)
