I spend time on a language site learning Spanish and helping them learn English.
Here is a writing I just helped correct for grammatical errors from a man about 25-35 it appears.

The nightmare my country is going through
I cannot understand why a political ideology or tendency can hurt so much a country in no more than 20 years. It's very difficult to me trying to forget all the damage that the socialism has done to my country, Venezuela.
Since I was a young man I dreamed of having my own house, my own car and being independent of my family, and God knows, I have worked for it, but unfortunately my country's conditions are quite bad to accomplish do such things.
When Chavez became the president of Venezuela in 1998, my country was a paradise, even with the inflation rate, the corruption, and the safety concerns, Venezuela used to be a quite promising country. We had one of the most productive economies in the world, we were rich on culture, we had a very good tourism system and people from around the world use to came here for vacations, now the story has changed and these things don't exists anymore.
Under Chavez presidency, the country became in a complete mess, he expropriated business, companies, farms and every single resources the country had in order to take control over all the economy and the productive sector. He determined that setting a prices for the dollar he would control the foreign currency, but that joined with to the fact that the government printed more bolivars than they should, finally created a hyper-inflationary process that is quite unstoppable.
When he died, he left the presidency to his heir Nicolás Maduro, who used to be a bus driver (nothing against it) but wouldn't it have been better to leave the presidency to someone more prepared? Well, this man has take the country further away (in the bad sense), we had an annual inflation rate about 1,700,000% in 2018 and it is expected to be 10,000,000 % this year. So we can't buy food enough to support a family, the minimum wage doesn't reach for anything and there is no are not medicine.
We live in a constant torture, they, the government, are criminals trying to get all the riches of my country to them selves meanwhile the people are suffering due to shortages of food and medicine. Currently we are fighting to reach our liberty, and I hope this is not the last writing that I make here, I hope all the countries that have recognized Juan Guaido like the interim president help us to get out from Maduro's regime as soon as it is possible, better before a war is here.
We never had such a crisis like this and we are expecting to get the country economically stable and better than now, so thanks for all the help.
