I really, really hope that this is not a case of the Jets getting the Bowles regime off to a poor start by low-balling his hand-picked OC candidate. Yes, there may not be massive competition for Gailey (although Cleveland is also interested) but he is a highly experienced coach and would be an asset to Bowles. If we are going to drag the guy away from a nice life of sitting cosy on the couch shouting at re-runs of Columbo then we at least need to make it worth his while. Anyway...hope this gets sorted soon and that Bowles gets his preferred choice for OC, be that Gailey or someone else. This is definitely a crucial hire for him. Sounds like a cranky old fuck who over-values himself after being out of action for a few years. He knows Bowles wants him, might be trying to eke out a few extra bucks by fabricating non-existent competition for his services. Not sure I would have said as much as he did in public, but...whatever...it's all part of the dance. I'm fine with it. (Not that anyone gives a flying monkey's ass whether I am or not!)

No, I did not understand that. I guess because I don't see searches for coordinator positions being such clandestine affairs that teams have to hide what they're doing from other teams. So you thought I was serious when I said Chan Gailey was a diversion for other teams, haha holy shit niece you're not as smart as you like to think you are. You see it's the very fact that Chan Gailey is not desirable that makes him being a diversion even more laughable. You need to get off your high horse and lighten up. Are you this exhausting in real life? My, my, my....

I think you just diverted your original train of thought onto a different set of tracks. Clever.

Not plausible....the original post said "I knew it, chan takes the spotlight to hide our agenda then Boom..... Gase or Trestman".
How can you not detect sarcasm with that sentance?

I guess I don't get the British sense of humor. Excuse me, humour. (you know that's why they invented smileys, right? Help get the meaning across on the impersonal nature of computers, yada yada?)

Fuck no, I rock at real life. How is Chan Gailey not desirable? This may be the one sentence I've never prepared myself for, coming from a woman.
