I took a look and didn't notice anything about it on the NFL page or the Patriots NFL Nation page. Could you provide a link? Sorry Sonny, I honestly didn't think anyone would read it...kudos to you. fivethirtyeight.com/datalab/your-guide-to-deflate-gateballghazi-related-statistical-analyses/ Its actually interesting stuff. Especially about outliers and what can be taken from stats. That is interesting. I've decided to reserve judgment on the whole thing until after next season when I presume the NFL will control the balls. I presume if they were obtaining an advantage by using deflated balls, the removal of the advantage will be readily apparent. Until then I'll just enjoy the fact that our hated rival has been tainted, once again.

Just one post removed from "interesting stuff about outliers and what can be taken from stats", we get the "2nd half was better than the first half" argument.

Yes one looks at long them why the team stat do not indicate anything outlandish. The other looks at one game where balls were different pressure. With the balls at full pressure, the team did better.

Could have used a bowling ball at that point. GTFO peter griffin

Its all falling apart anyway...we know know refs only did a "feel" test on balls instead of measuring. The team played with approved balls.

Its all falling apart anyway...we know know refs only did a "feel" test on balls instead of measuring. The team played with approved balls. Why are the chowds repeating this lie over and over again? I mean I guess I understand that you're in denial and are desperate to pin this on anyone and everyone but the Flats* (are the refs the last resort here?), but anyone who listened to Blandino or read the transcript (nstead of "informing" themselves via Masshole Sports) clearly understands that all of the balls were checked with a gauge before the game and were in range. Then they were checked again and only the Flats* balls had fallen out of the range. Claiming "it wasn't recorded" is just about as dumb as it gets. There's no requirement to write it down, only to confirm visually that the balls are good and to move on. Why would any rational person think otherwise? They probably will now, but only because one team chose to sneak their way around this rule.
