That's a photo op party - part of his job. Very different from having private dinner at Kraft's house and then going down on Kraft with a mouthful of honey. Can't PROVE that Goodell doesn't suck Kraft's tiny dick - it's just an unknown unknown at this point . . . It wasn't a private dinner... Kraft hosted an "AFC Championship Game" party... hundreds of people were in attendance. The local cable channel did their weekly broadcast from the house. Ok - you're right - I'll fix it: Very different from [going to a party] at Kraft's house and then going down on Kraft with a mouthful of honey. Can't PROVE that Goodell doesn't suck Kraft's tiny dick - it's just an unknown unknown at this point . . .

You guys are really delusional if you don't think there is a class system or hierarchy amongst NFL owners. Kraft is near the top and enjoys preferential treatment. Kraft, Rooney, Mara, Jones, Bisciotti.

Doesn't the commish have to schmooze with the owners? Once again, VTN gets it. Goodell works for the owners and has THEIR best interest in mind. Theres no "conflict of interest"...the owners ARE his interest. Goodells interest is whatever his bosses want. As much as I'd like to disagree with this chowd he is totally correct. Not only does Roger work for him but Mr. Kraft is the owner doing the TV negotiating. He is a pretty important guy to the league and has also helped drive Roger's salary to close to 40 million. I still think the cheatriots are scumbag cheaters who deliberately deflated the balls. I see no real proof so far though. Unfortunately I see nothing happening here.

More honest than a SparklePony that doesn't know what happened to his balls. How is that more honest? You believe Sherman? tommy should have known better. he knows the rules and he broke them. he is trying to pin it on the equipment guys who only do what he says to do.

Does anyone (outside of Boston) think this Flats*y absolves Bellicheck and SparklePony? SparklePony knows the difference between the balls and if it happened under Bellicheck's nose he is responsible.
Comes down to what Brunnell and Aikman have said: no way Brady didnt know what he had in his hands.
This should be no different to the standard applied to New Orleans.
