Can't remember the last time there was an overhaul this massive (FO and CS). Don't know how much Woody had a hand in things in the past or not, but maybe he deserves some credit for letting Mac pull all shots he thinks necessary.

Glatt handles shit like marketing and merchandising. He has NOTHING to do with the football aspect of the team. Who gives a flying fuck who fills that role? That might be true today but it wasn't true pre-Mac. Glatt was very involved in the GM search that resulted in hiring Idzik and he has Woody's ear. Thankfully,it appears that Woody has finally decided let football people run the team. Agreed. I think his stock dropped precipitously after the Idzik fiasco; I'm surprised he's still around

I guess this is definitely Mac's team now. And that would appear to be a very good thing. Can't wait for September. Yep Today's Black Monday for Scouts Mac already brought in his top guys, now he fills out the rest of his scouting roster. DCouldn't he have just gotten rid of them all right away, or was this sort of a test for them that they failed? Did he need some bodies around?

It's common practice for new GM's to keep the bulk of the previous scouting department around until after their first draft. Mac already brought in his Top 2 guys in Hogan and Heimerdinger, now it's time for him to round out the rest of his scouting department.

She was holding the checkbook then? Or did an amazing job ironing out the wrinkles in his lapel. Either way, glad she's around. Yeah plus she's a MILF. Check out the phone call to Lorenzo Mauldin on the Jets site. I believe she's the blonde.

Graves is supposedly an awesome negotiator (in addition to being a former GM that Mac can lean on) and this Jackie Davidson chick was supposedly instrumental in bringing back Revis.Totally fine with both of them staying. She was holding the checkbook then? Holding something. Not sure if it was a checkbook.

I want Neil Glatt to get fired. He's a useless waste of space. He has nothing to do with personnel. Has nothing to do with this thread and actually he does little that effects the actual team. Never mind you have no clue what he does or doesn't do well

Maybe Glatt was in Woddys ear pushing for Mac.

Great news. The only way to properly build a regime is truly clean house. All the courtyard jesters can GTFO

A little confused why he'd keep them around so long if he didn't want them.

Then again for the first year almost all universally approved of Idzik
