As much as it pains me to say i see 7-9 or 8-8. Not sure why that would be painful, doubling the amount of wins from one season to the next, 100% increase to put it another way, would be an accomplishment, and how could expectations realistically be much higher than that

Painful was watching the Jets Vikes from last year. 30 minutes of "Can't Look Away" fury

As much as it pains me to say i see 7-9 or 8-8. Agreed. If we had a home field advantage (imagine that?) we could be 11-5, but Met Death is no home for us and more like Giants Stadium Part II than anything else. Worst stadium in NFL. Most un-good times, un-friendly, un-cool, un-American, un-FUN stadium ever. Security there is like the gestapo and immediately decend on fans for having any fun times. It's like Rikers Island with insanely overpriced beer. Blauchh. MetDeath sucks.

Now a question, how many stadium around the NFL have you been to that tells you its the worst stadium in the league.

12-4 or 11-5. I don't see the division as much of a threat as everyone else does outside of the New England because of Brady. Every year now we hear how Miami is going to get over the hump and it hasn't happened yet. On offense they have a collection of #2's with a slightly above average running game. Buffalo we'll start fast finish slow. After Shady is burned out after carrying the ball 25-30 times a game

I voted a very optimistic 9 - 7, but it could easily be 7 - 9. Anyway you slice it, the record will improve from last season. It's all on the quarterback, as it has been for the last several years.

Now a question, how many stadium around the NFL have you been to that tells you its the worst stadium in the league. It's not a true home field advantage like they have in KC or Green Bay or a lot of other stadiums. We share it w/ the Giants (and as long as it's in that swamp, it will always really be Giants Stadium no matter what colors they light that crap house in). Also, it doesn't have a homey feel. More like a municipal parking garage. For the amount of money they spent on it, it should have been the taj mah hall of stadiums. Very unimpressive. As for security, it's rediculous. Their motto is "No Fun, No How". Had a friend who was at a game last year, they were tailgating, having fun. Some girls were there and the girls were on their shoulders. Security comes over and makes the girls get down. Then, they were sitting in the back of a pickup truck chilling and having a beer. Security comes back and tells them they can't sit in the back of the pickup w/ beers. Are you kidding me? Truely anal dickheads run the organization. F Giants stadium part II. The west side stadium would have been our own and would have been a true homefield. We ain't got one. And our record over the past years proves it. As for other stadiums, I haven't been to a million, but I've been to SunLife many many times and, while older, it's definitely better and a million times more fun. Not saying it's a great home field, but it's at least sunny and fun. And, they are upgrading it this year and it looks sick (we would have been better off spending half the amount and just completely upgraded the old meadowlands w/ a DOME or retractable roof). I've also been to Charlotte (GREAT STADIUM) and Tampa (AWESOME) and Lambeau (Historic and like a college game atmosphere). As for our other NY teams, I love the new Yankee stadium and even Citi is nice. Met Death just bites the big one, especially for a newer stadium. They really F'd up bad. I hate that place so much.

Jets are going 11-5 or better. I have zero doubt whatsoever.

Should have taken that WR from West Virgina w/ the first pick. If we did, we'd be 11-5 this year. But we went D AGAIN as always so the O is gonna struggle. Again. Idzik blew it in 2014 and now this. imo, the only issue with the offense is geno's (or the qb) play. geno can play well enough that if the defense plays to potential we could be looking at a really good season. it's all from the qb on down.

I agree, but Geno NEEDS offensive playmakers. Last year's WR corp was pathetic. Marshall is a big addition. We have Marshall, Decker and hopefully Devin Smith is the real deal. Geno definitely has more weapons than he's ever had here, so no excuses anymore. Let's see what he can do w/ these guys. I just felt we could have used a stud WR rather than another impact D player w/ that first pick. Hope it's enough, but we would have been truly loaded at WR had he taken the WV WR at 6.

It's all dependent on the QB position - and I'm not optimistic. 7-9 Agreed 8-8 with Geno 8-8 with Fitzpatrick 10-6 with Geno, then Fitz and back to Geno after season ending injury to Fitz
