I hate to throw any shade at Fitz on a week like this because minus an early fumble he played pretty well, but make room for me on the "Trade for Brees in the offseason" bandwagon. I don't care what kind of D we pack up and send to Cheatsboro, we ain't winning up there until we have a QB that can put up points at will.... Were you sleeping for his last 2 interceptions? If that was sarcasm you should follow it with a smiley face because you come off as serious. i think he was seeing double after he took that big hit diving into the end zone for the TD

I'd rather play Geno. and have Petty in the wings. Kaep is not good. I'd rather we play anyone than Geno. Geno is NOT GOOD. damn people, seriously. lol I am not a fan of Kaep either but if it is between him and Geno, good god, give me Kaep. Seriously, sign Brees.

I really like the warrior attitude of Fitz but he has always been a mediocre QB. The thought of going into another full year with him as the starter makes me nauseous.

I'd rather play Geno. and have Petty in the wings. Kaep is not good. i still have a problem with this statement. Kaep brought a team to the Super Bowl and was 1 phenomenal defensive play from doing it again. there's no way a guy that young lost that talent. the 9ers team is an absolute wreck, losing 2 starting pro bowl lineman (davis/iupati), an arguable HOF running back in Gore and haven't had any talent at WR in years. we already know that Geno isn't capeable of doing nearly that and Petty simply just isn't ready.

I made that comment oct 23 when trade rumors were hot with Kaepernick. I wouldn't have traded picks for him then, and was satisfied with Geno/Petty behind Fitz. Now, going forward, I still am not a fan of Kaep, and think the league has figured him out, along with the fact that he is NOT very inaccurate. I'd hate him as our QB.

Just for kicks, I decided to compare Geno's #s with Kaep. Looked at both entire career and last 16 starts. Here is how it shakes out: Kap has had the better career, but not much difference between the two over the last 16 starts. Kap's contract calls for $16.8MM cap hit in 2016, Geno is at $1.6MM. For the record, I dont' know who I want for 2016, but I know that I don't want Kap or Geno.

So...are we still "Pursing" Kaep? Don't know why we would need a fucking Purse in the first place but anyway....

How high are those QBs expected to go? I know Goff is basically the first pick. But the other two? Have to remember a lot of these poor teams have young qbs now that they're still riding with. And they'll be picking early-middle rounds. I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that Mac offers a guy like Wilkerson to one of them if he falls in love with a top Qb. I mean can we really pay all of those guys on the dline? Either way. No to Kap. Yes to mettenberger. Wasn't mettenberger throwing to Beckham and Landry at LSU? How did he NOT put up Heisman worthy numbers?

Anybody think Phillip Rivers & his 20 kids would be available? Lol He & Cro can become best of friends while averaging 500 passing yards a game with our WRs. If he doesn't want to move his kids from San Diego to LA, I doubt he move to NY.
