Dassey said Avery cleaned it up... True... but unless we're talking real gomer-level CSI folks, Avery would have to have been a mastermind crime scene cleaner to get it all and for them to find nothing, right?... I think that was one of the points one of the defense experts made. reasonable doubt?...for sure...

Dassey said Avery cleaned it up... So, they cleaned up everything -- all the blood and her DNA-- but left Avery's DNA as well as bullet? I'm not saying Avery didn't do it, but that's impossible. And wasn't the prosecutor in Avery 2 disbarred or something for sex-related conduct? yes for sexting...but irrelevant to case...i thought Halbachs DNA was on the bullet?

Her blood wasnt found in his room or his garage... so thats where my doubt lies... how'd he clean up everything to leave NO trace evidence.

when someone's "opinion piece" for lack of a better word gets Presidential attention I'm not sure that is a good thing. We just don't know how one-sided this thing was presented, it seems outrageous to us viewers however not all evidence was presented in the documentary. Could a cover-up extend all the way to supreme courts? I'd be shocked.

And wasn't the prosecutor in Avery 2 disbarred or something for sex-related conduct? yes for sexting...but irrelevant to case...i thought Halbachs DNA was on the bullet? The circumstances speak volumes about his integrity. A domestic violence victim, whose case against her boyfriend Kratz was prosecuting, filed a police report alleging that Kratz had sent her 30 sexually coercive text messages over the span of three days. She said that she felt that he was trying to coerce her into a sexual relationship and that if she refused, the case against her boyfriend would be dismissed. During the investigation, two more women came forward accusing Kratz of harassing and intimidating them. Kratz resigned after the Governor sought his removal. His license to practice law was suspended. In the process he admitted to abusing prescription drugs and claimed he was being treated for sexual addiction. In the documentary, he certainly appeared to be a guy that enjoyed the limelight and was prone to crazy exaggerations of the evidence at Press Conferences and when addressing the court. Avery may very well be guilty, but Kratz is a scumbag.

Right, So how did they clean up all of her DNA, but leave his? it would be impossible to clean up all his DNA just like it would be impossible to clean up all ur DNA from you job or home...now his cleaning up her?...i could see reasonable doubt...but Dasseys interview was not coerced despite what the documentary claims and he said they cleaned it up...Dasseys IQ is clocked at 70...to me that means that he probably couldn't make up a story thats comparable with the evidence...

Bottom line for me, is that the two of them are idiots. No way they commit that crime in the manner claimed by the prosecutor without leaving evidence EVERYWHERE. So, they scrub the bedroom, handcuffs, and garage of her DNA, but leave her phone in the burner barrel? They would have to be criminal geniuses to accomplish the former, and I fully expect them to do the latter.
