Shout out to our The Turk . This is just an average Tuesday in Turkey. Hope you're good man. I'm alright thanks, the big one was in Ankara last week where about thirty people died the sickening thing about that was the bitch exploded herself right after a centralized school exam had finished near a very central bus terminal hub. There were lots of high school students who just got out of the exam who got killed in that one. And the father of Umut Bulut, maybe you'll remember him he played for Toulouse for about a year got killled in the blast also. That one was the commie kurds at work. The one over the weekend was ISIS where there was limited damage because apperantly the asshole got spooked because the cops noticed him and blew himself up before there were any real crowds in the streets. So its basically pick your poison if the Kurds don't kill you the fucking Jihadis will. Its been really bad , everyday we keep expecting something new to happen I'm 37 years old and I've never seen it this bad. Turkey was never a peaceful country but the past 6 months or so has been bad even by our standards. No one is going to any shopping malls, people are trying to avoid public transportation, the Galatasaray - Fenerbahçe match was postponed at the last minute on SUnday. Its like the whole country has gone mad. Unfortunately I'm not surprised about the attack in Brussels, its just too easy for the jihadis to operate in Europe with all the muslims who have EU passports. I have no idea how this is going to play out. It's like shadow boxing how do you beat an enemy that's not really there? Because bombing ISIS into oblivion is not a solution its just going to make us feel better, I have no idea how they can combat this. And no I don't think building a wall will work

I don't want to jump to any conclusions, but something tells me we might be hearing the words "Muslim extremists" pretty soon. Not from President Obama.

Well, not all are openly extremists..that's the fucked up part... Like saying all Germans during WWII was Nazi radicals... I worked with a guy who was a German Soldier on the Russian front, Werner. Great guy. Only thing he would say about his time at the front was.."ya ya mon, we had to piss yourself to keep warm". How can someone be so brainwashed to blow themselves up and kill civilians...? Bing can not compute. When you ain't got nothing you got nothing to lose, by Robert Zimmerman.

Now CNN is saying 23 dead... I am safe. But thanks for the frown face. I felt the love there. In all seriousness, RIP to those who have lost their lives. Prayers for all these innocent victims who were simply living their lives, traveling to work or just going about their day.

Europe continues to get these wake-up calls, the question is whether they're going to truly get out of bed and confront or just keep hitting the snooze bar in my opinion.

And no I don't think building a wall will work This is the stuff that is particularly alarming for me. If Turkey gets flipped, we really will see a significant, intolerant caliphate form IMO. I don't think Turkey is likely to flip but there is a distinct possibility of Civil War IMHO. The country has been torn into at least three major factions; 1- The secular turks who predominantly live in the west and along the coastline 2- The religious Turks who live predominantly in the middle and the black sea region of the Country and 3- The Kurds (you could make an argument that the Kurds themselves have the same religious-secular fault line the difference is the seculars of the Kurds and Turks hate each other whilst the religious of the two cooperate so its hard to tell where one stops and one begins) Its mostly for this reason the religious group has had a majority for the past fourteen years and are not likely to relinquish that majority through democratic means. I have no idea how this is going to play out but at this point I would not be surprised if we end up in a Syria style civil war which would be much more catastrophic than Syria for the simple reason that there are 80 Million people living here which is about five times as big as Syria and we have a border with Greece and Bulgaria so the war would be on the doorstep of the EU. And if you thought the refugee crisis was bad now if Turkey goes into Civil war I would guess that would mean about 10 million people trying to get out of the country including the 2 million Syrian refugees already here. So good times.
