Connor Cook or Hackenberg, who y'all got? Hack. Just 21 years old, but has a lot of experience, great physical skills, smarts and leadership ability. All the talent is there, although he clearly didn't get to show at at Penn State the last two years. With good coaching, he has the talent to emerge as a very good QB. Polish him for 2 years and he will hopefully be ready to play, and still just 23 years old.

On my phone so can't post any tweet but Ian Rapoport just reported that it sounds like we're targeting WR in round 1. Names to watch is Doctson & Fuller. I prefer Treadwell but we'll see what happens. Along with this... SO much meh. This is lessening my excitement for tomorrow by a lot.. I could still see Mo dealt Friday before Round 2 starts Maybe some sort of combination of 2016 and 2017 picks.

Reminds me of Jonny 8Ball.

The more I read about Myles Jack, the more I think it's not out of the realm of possibility he is available at 20.
If he is, would you as a fan be ok with the pick? He's not really the edge rusher we need, and he's an injury risk, but he could also be the best pro in this draft.

I want nothing to do with Jack because of his knee.

Now, I am not so sure. If he drops, there is a reason. It has been reported today that he has been completely removed from the Giants draft board (if you can believe anything you hear today). But then, I saw this quote from Jack himself, which does not exactly fill me with confidence. Bart Hubbuch @barthubbuch 3h3 hours ago This quote to me from Myles Jack today about his knee can hardly be comforting to teams.

Pass on Jack...
If he drops all the way to 20 that's an extreme red flag on that knee. he's arguably the best talent in the draft

He's not much of a pass rusher at the moment, but his coverage skills at the LB are a big need. How many times did we watch Davis get beat by a TE or RB last year? With nickel and dime defenses becoming more important everyday he'd be a real asset. I also think he could develop into a pretty good blitzer. He's raw because only started play defense when he got to UCLA. Right now he just runs at linemen like a missile. Give him a good coach and he could really develop that part of his game.

I'll draft Jack in rd 2 honestly. Jaylon Smith in round 4. 1 out 2 has to beat adversity right? Lol
