I'll be honest... I was never all that impressed with the seafood in Boston either. What are we talking Bushy? McCormick and Schmits? Overrated. And Overpriced. Ches can get every bit as good in NC McCormick and Schmits is a huge national chain that's publicly traded and is no more Bostonian than the Hard Rock Cafe. When in Boston and want seafood that's the best you've ever had in your life, try Neptune Seafood or Daily Catch in the North End, or Island Creek Oysters in Kenmore Square. For down and dirty fried food and lobster rolls James Hook on the waterfront is awesome. Pizza,,,,,not even close in Boston. The singular Regina's in the North End is okay. Pepe's in New Haven is much better and always worth a stop on the drive up. Order the clam pie and thank me later.

Had never had it, no interest and some folks at work 2 years ago ordered it for an after work party and I was pleasantly surprised. _

If you're looking for some other things to do, I've never met anyone who didn't love the Fenway tour, baseball fan or not. Concur on the North End for dinner. But Id walk around and pick my own restaurant. That's part of the fun. There are 90 of them in about 5 square blocks. Some good ones on Salem street. So I should pack my buffet pants then?

For dessert in North End, skip the lines at Modern or Mikes, go 1 block to Bova.
Your welcome.

Hallah bread French toast, gravlax and bagels, pierogis, grilled kielbasa, western omelettes, Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. But if I had to pick a restaurant it'd be the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn. _
