But...but...no one will hire him as a head coach. He's just a DC. And if the Bills hire him, no one did.

Rex was never going to Atlanta. He never put himself in a situation where he would potentially have a bottom 10 defense. This way he can continue to talk about "his defense" while the offense flounders.

This has nothing to do with Rex taking advantage of an opportunity, he would have had plenty of other gigs further down the line, this is about him sticking it to his former employers and his obsession with going up against the hoodie twice a year. So we now have to face a Rex Ryan Defense aswell as the cheat twice a year.....Great! Thing is with Rex, he's not clever enough to go somewhere where his limitations are already a strength, if he had a choice between Atlanta or going up against us and the Pats** twice a year he would absolutely choose the latter, and that's just what he has done. I would have wished him luck anywhere he landed except our division, he's fuckin dead to me now. If we're afraid of Rex Ryan and don't want to face him then we should have kept him, got him a QB and then won Super Bowls. Simple as that. At least he has a #1 WR now. Not when we trade him Wilk for Watkins.

Dave and Busters stock futures are surging!
I don't mind seeing him in the division. As long as he can keep the bills competitive against the Boston Nancys.

I will say this, if he does take Thurman, and let's Schwartz walk, that's misstep #1 for him in Buffalo. Does not sound like that is going to happen: Vic Carucci @viccarucci 15m15 minutes ago The #Bills have "every intention" of keeping DC Jim Schwartz, just told by high-ranking team source. This decision will make or break this move. One of the main criticisms of Rex is that he spent too much time as a DC instead of managing the whole team. Well if Schwartz is still the DC and an effective one then Rex can focus on the rest of the team, they have an oline, a #1 receiver, not sure about their cap space but if they can get a few pieces and a QB...lol easy right? my point is that they have enough in place and if Rex has learned ANYTHING from his gig here is that he needs to pay attention to the whole team. I think he will do well......I still wish him the best except when he faces us.

As they should. It will interesting seeing how he and Rex work together. How much autonomy will Schwartz get over Rex's defense.

The though of Rex having success in the same division as us....with the possibility of Sanchez. My god...
You guys are nuts if you think this means now we just get 2 easy wins. With those guys on defense, he'll have them pushing for a playoff spot I'm sure.
