Against this signing. Worthless with our o line. Geez it's almost like I've lived through this exact thing before Your 100% right the Jets have done squat to improve the OL osemele is on downside of his career on the wrong side of 29 and the Jets resigning a backup center Harrison. Bell was running behind a Steelers line that is so good that a scrub RB like connor looked as good as Bell. Not to mention Go watch the sports illustrated interview Bell is already complaining about his old QB just wait until Darnold mishandled the ball and Bell gets stuffed behind that crappy line the circus will really start. At least hopefully we will be done with Mac once and for all. I'm hoping I'm wrong but this offense has a ton of holes I think Bell was used to sell seats and Jerseys not fix the team. Best thing the Jets could do is trade back with The Redskins grab Garrett Bradbury to fix the center spot and grab some help in the later rounds.

No one is trading with us. The qbs in this draft are not special. never say never especially if the Cardinals are smokescreening and pass on Murray seems the hype is thick on him. Also If Bosa falls to 3 there could be interest. As much as I would love Bosa the Jets have to get a center you spent 50 million on Bell if this guy cant run this season goes south fast. Mack should have made this priority and got one of the top centers in FA seems like he doesn't like paying big bucks on the OL.

This draft is very thin at center there are only 3 centers considered good enough to start in the NFL by the time the Jets pick in the third they will probably be gone the rest are projects. They invested 50 million in Bell pretty stupid to run him behind Harrison who isn't even a good back up Sullivan would be great if he wasn't on the downside. Wininiewski is horrible might well start Harrison or have kept spencer Long.

Now that the Jets invested 50 million in Bell they need to get a Center whether trade or Draft Again it shows Mac is an idiot for spending 4 years here and has never drafted a replacement for Mangold. I think the right thing to do is trade the #3 spot and move back to 10 to 15 Redskins ( who might be looking to jump the Giants) might be a partner and take Garrett Bradbury who is the best center on the board you cant expect Johnthan Harrison to be the started this is total stupidity that this is the best mac can do with his 100 million. I would love Bosa or Allen but you cant leave the OL like this Bradley is the most NFL ready and can start day 1.

Finally!!! The idiot GM does something rite. Actually he fell on that one been listening to WFAN they are saying nobody wanted him the Jets were the only bidders the rest were waiting for his price to drop. That's why the Jets got him cheaper then what he originally ask for.

I ask again, why the hell do people want to spend $8+ million a year on Coleman? Highest percentage of carries resulting in a loss: 1. Tevin Coleman: 19.7 2. Dion Lewis: 18.6 3. Adrian Peterson: 15.9 4. Isaiah Crowell: 14.2 5. Joe Mixon: 13.4 6. LeSean McCoy: 13.2 7. Lamar Miller: 12.7 8. Matt Breida: 12.6 9. Peyton Barber: 12.42 10. Jordan Howard: 12.35 If we miss out on Bell, just stick with Crowell for another year and draft a RB in the mid-rounds. Because Bell is a cancer who will do nothing for this team except to sell Jerseys. The guy right now is screwing with this organization. Jets gave him one of the highest offers and the guy is pulling a cousins. I sign Coleman or Ingram and tell this cancer that we are taking a different direction. profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/03/12/jets-getting-antsy-about-leveon-bell/

Coleman ranked 47th out of 49 RB’s in yards after contact last year. Guy also hasn’t even proven capable of being a legit starter. He looked like poop when he got his chance when Freeman went down. I get that people are skeptical about giving Bell $15+ million a year, but you’re getting the best RB in the league who doubles as another slot receiver option and just turned 27 last month. Money be damned. Go get him. who'll be 27...27 is old for a rb..also has missed a ton of games due to injury and suspensions... agreed Bell played 62 out of 90 games the guy is a cancer who will only come here and hurt Darnolds development. If he does have a good year he will holdout for even more money take Tevin Coleman less usage younger and isn't a cancer. Not to mention he is half the price let someone else deal with the baggage Bell brings with him. at 27 he might have 2 good years left if that.

I take metcalf elite weapon like Antonio Brown written all over him. Non of the OLs in this years draft are top 5 picks this class isnt close to dbrick or a Orlando Pace in fact they are saying Jonah williams would be better suit as a guard rather than tackle and defense the Jets D has enough first rounders. Darnold needs an elite weapon this guy could be it.The jets should be looking to move back a few spots and grab this guy.

sportsnaut.com/2019/03/report-cardinals-have-real-interest-in-kyler-murray-at-no-1/amp/ Ha - I will be totally vindicated for my clickbaity thread title.... Whether you were doing it Just for giggles you might have hit on something. Last year Rosen look like he was regressing. Rosen does not fit the Offense Kingsbury runs which is a option offense that requires a athletic QB that can scramble Rosen is slow and is a pocket passer. It makes the offseason even more exciting love to see it happen Rosen goes to another team lights it up and the Cardinals get a epic bust and the entire front office to the coaching staff get fired at least at that point the Jets wont be the biggest laughing stock in the league anymore.

Dont understand the infaturation with Bell clearly Tevin Coleman is the most talented back and is more physically gifted. Coleman is highly underrated and would be cheaper and isnt cancer like Bell. The Jets should make Coleman the #1 priority not Bell. I like Coleman and he’s a solid backup plan, but no way in hell is he more gifted than Bell. Coleman hasn’t even proven that he can be an every down player. Meanwhile Bell is arguably the best RB in the league when he’s on the field. Bell is result of a good offensive line. Look at John Connor a nobody who came out and played as well as Bell I could run Mcguire behind that line and he would look like a superstar. Coleman is very underrated only reason he isnt being used as much Atlanta has Freeman. I think Bell is overrated and if he comes to the Jets will be a bust behind the Ol the Jets have.
