I'm hating. Best possible FD gift. Its a lot of fun, wife did the same thing last year. After about the 2nd day though I end up missing the kids terribly. But still I'm getting all of my yard work done during the week so I can clear my schedule for the weekend of fishing and videogames. I would miss mine too, but... "the weekend of fishing and videogames"

Happy Fathers Day, all you jamokes out there with kids. Those poor children.... Hope you all get what you really want this year - to be left alone for a day! That old gag. In lieu of that, I give you this site to send to your wife or other, so they know what to get you. mancrates.com Gifts come in a crate with a crowbar. Delivered In a sealed wooden crate with a laser-etched crowbar. No bow, no ribbons, no fluff, and absolutely no instructions. You can thank me later. So much this. Everyone I talk to doesn't want a gathering with friends or family, none of that crap. Because every single time it turns into a BBQ where you're the schlub stuck at the grill making food for everyone. I get an early FD present this year, wife is taking the kids to LBI for a few days, complete freedom from Thursday until Monday I'm hating. Best possible FD gift.

What does playing a reporter while talking to Milliner have to do with winning no a single game. or responding to a tweet. How many games lost will be a result of shitting on Winslow? We we over analyze everything. To me it exhibits a lack of focus and/or a measure of maturity. Stick to the goal at hand, stay out of the press, focus on football, the team and bring us home a Lombardi. I get that to a degree, but this is harmless. It's June. There's a time and place to drop the bull and focus, but these guys are allowed to be human beings too. Ever look at the Internet at work? Then you're not focused on your job and don't care about bringing your company into the Fortune 500.

I really think Cro was trolling the local media hacks. He knew all those hounds were waiting to harp on this issue with Milliner and just beat them to the punch. Kinda like how B-Rabbit took down Papa Doc by shitin on himself about being white and from the trailer park. HAHA - "this guy's a gangster? His real name's Clarence!"

He also earased a TD w/ that bone headed TO against the pack, which pretty much sent the season into freefall. Thanks you big dummy. Yeah but that was the refs fault. Timeouts can only be called by the head coach. That being said I don't mind the Sheldon talk, now he has to back it up this year.Which is impossible, since the best defensive player in the league (at least one of) plays the same position and is FAR more of an impact player than Sheldon.

All the people saying Richardson is "already better than Wilkerson" will have different feelings about this guy when negotiations come around.
Discouraging sign - just don't like players like this. People hated on Revis for being greedy, but DR is the same guy who actually WAS the best defensive player in the league back in '09, and didn't say a word when the DMVP was given to Old Man Woodson. If Revis was/is greedy, what is Richardson going to be?
If someone has to go, I say re-sign Mo and look to trade Richardson in a year or so. The best defensive player in the NFL should net a nice haul in return.

Oh Bullshit! This fake turd is falling on the sword well after the fact. If he was genuine he would have made this statement within 24 hrs after the penalty was announced. Nothing but grandstanding to gain some good will and pity. That would have pissed off his fanbase though. You're exactly right about the motivations, but that doesn't change the fact that he played this pretty well.

This was the right move from Kraft as the owner of a team that is being (deservedly) dragged through the mud. Pats lose the pick, but might get some lenience in the Brady appeal through the good will.

Would only trade him if it gets us a QB in return somehow. Whether trading for a young veteran or using him as a piece of a trade to move up in the draft to take the top guy next year. AND also if Williams shows huge potential his first season. This is where I am at the moment. If a Wilkerson trade isn't with the design of acquiring a franchise QB (or possibly the top LT in the draft if Brick has a down year), then why trade Mo? The one wildcard in this for me is what Bowles does with QC. If Coples were to move back to the line and improve his play, could be a case where it makes sense to bring QC back and trade Mo to bolster another position.

Stacy averaged 3.9 ypc in 2013 and 3.9 ypc in 2014. The decline in yardage was due to a decline in touches. 3.9 is hardly impressive, but STL's O-line has been a terrible run blocking unit for the past few years. Barnwell actually felt that them drafting Gurley was a waste for precisely that reason. Something along the lines of 'I don't know how many RBs they have to go through before they release that the problem is the line, not the backs.' And they drafted two OL in the first three rounds. The Jets aren't what they were up front like they were in '08, but hard to judge Stacy against a line that needed that much help. Since they missed in the draft, nothing to dislike here for a 7th rounder.

Subtle thing, but love his post-play celebration. Defensive guys fired up after making a play behind the line always make the game more fun for me.

OK...this is weird. Why am I not asking which one of these guys is playing badly and will be a bust? Isn't that what we Jets fans are supposed to do? Part of me is hopeful that those died along with JI.

Depending on who we draft, I think fitz will start. Probably our best shot at 9-7, 10-6. I don't know, might be too much Fitz love here. We're talking about a guy who's never won more games than he's lost in a given season. Geno got us to 8-8 with literally no one to throw to and an average running game...Fitz has never won more than 6 games in a season. If the Jets don't draft a QB, I think Geno wins the competition easily. Unless Bowles decides to incorporate advanced microeconomics in the play-calling methodology, at which point Fitz might have a leg up.
