Mangold is on the clock. Has not been on the site in almost 24 hours. I also sent him a PM on JetNation -- hopefully he gets online soon. In order to keep things moving & so we don't take 2 to 3 hours for each pick, please remember to PM your choices to me, RobR and JCappy so we can make your pick for you if you are not going to be online for a while and your pick is coming up. Lets get things moving. Thanks My fault for the delay!

If Mac is even entertaining that he needs to lay down that pipe and the rocks As long as we somehow get the #9 pick, I'm cool with it. swap firsts, glennon for wilk?

the guy couldn't beat out Hoyer or Mallett for a stab at the starting job. let's not worry about this turd. Actually, he was on IR last year after injuring his shoulder in the pre-season. regardless of that, he still didn't do anything in training camp to make houston even think of starting him in a preseason game. the guy's garbage.

Tennessee signed Cassel - wouldn't imagine it's for a 3rd string spot.
mettenberger is a big kid with a good arm. would you want him?

We all know Fitz is nothing special but unfortunately Geno is a special kind of dumb. It really takes a special kind of dumb to run out of bounds 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage instead of throwing it away. I'd rather see Sanchez out there rather than Geno that man should be out of the NFL after his first contract is up. Ironically both the Jets and Fİtz are benefiting/hurting because of the others' lack of alternatives. Fitz only has the Rams and we have Geno and Petty. We pretty much have to sign him and he pretty much has to sign here. Damn that's depressing. What an endorsement for the guy eh, LOLILLGOFMY i've honestly seen Sanchez do the same exact thing. i wonder when everyone will be willing to realize that the NFL is a business and the guys in the league are only really in it to make money. as much money as they possibly can. do you think they really care if they "revived" their career somewhere? if the rams dont get osweiler and decide they want to get fitz, and base on his 31 TD season, offer him 15-18M a season, what then? the jets have 6M in cap space. they haven't talked about restructuring, heard no rumors of cuts. it's not looking great.

the more i think about it, the more i think Elliott needs to be the pick.
with limited cap space and a desire to bring back Fitz and Snacks, the RB position is in a bad spot. Cost effective way is to bring in a rookie and roll with him
