Barkley is so massively overrated its ridiculous. I will be happy as a pig rip for slaughter is he goes in the top 5 picks. While none of know anything for sure I haven't disagreed as strongly with something on this board in a long time as this message. WE SHALL SEE!!! We are getting a 3-4 DE so it doesn't really matter. Where is the production that is my question. We just saw the stat showing he can't break tackles. He is supposed to be some wonder back and though I'll acknowledge he is probably the best back in the draft I see nothing to elevate him as high as people are saying and far higher than the legion of other good backs in this draft. The guy had a whopping 4 games of over 100 yards in reg season college last year. When I watched penn state he would rip off one really long run then be okay the rest of the game. He blew up the combine but I say again where is the dominant production? It isn't there. I view him as a slightly better version of dalvin cook (who had better stats than Barkley did the last to years in college)

I prefer to think the Jets will be up by 9 and in victory formation in the SB and then a comet will hit the earth. Actually by nature I am a big pessimist re the Jets around draft time but this year I will be retiring from work after 29 years the same weekend as the draft thus I will have an optimistic air for a change. Have you seen Macs last three drafts? Might as well let reality set in and go back to your pessimistic ways. I am convinced we will come away with the best guard or ILB in the draft.

One guard by himself does not help you win games as much as other positions, neither do satisfies or ilbs.
Put wesly johnson and some jag oT next to the guy and he is just another good payer, much like Leo.
Just at what point are we going to get a high level plaeyr that scores points or gets sacks or throws the football.
We have no good RBs, we have no Qb, we have no pass rusher, we have no #1 CB, we have no dynamic beast WR.
We have had the same huge holes in skill play making positions for 3 years, lets make it 4.

For every Warmack, there is also a Decastro. I sure as hell would prefer taking a shot at trying to actually build an offense capable of competing in todays NFL, then throwing more picks towards Defensive Backs in a league where the rules drastically reduce their value. The value of the 6th pick in the draft and the 24th is pretty large. If the jets signed cousins and decide they don't want to take a QB and other guys that were quoted are gone taken then trade down. If the Jets took a guard a 6, much like taking safety at 6 he better be a 12 year pro bowl every year. We need to build the oline but a friggin guard....

No, Chance Warmack was a stud and can't miss as well.
Hey i like the player but i refuse to believe that at 6 there won't be a better choice for us. And yes at some point in time premium position IS important.
Building a team by drafting DT, ILB, S and OG is not the way to go.

We are doomed with Bowles, Bowles = a more stunned version of John Fox/Jeff Fisher.

Ingredients of my 'just wing it' slow cook chili last night: Stewed tomatoes, baked beans, black beans, olives, salsa, hot sauce, green peppers, onion, ground beef.
I made some IPA from a beer kit last summer, I really screwed up the bottling process, but the ones that did not go flat were good.
I also make wine and my raspberry wine from my garden raspberries turned out beautifully this year.

Bah! This thread is a poorly veiled attempt at ramping up buyout interest from Scout!

So who is the next Revis/Mo wilk we are going to give $80 million to so they can start their pre-retirment loafing?

Nick Foles vs Tom Brady, please do not torture yourselves, just forget about the game and eat BBQ instead and play video games.
