Did MaCagnan draft Tom Savage? Big big, big arm, rises up the boards during work outs.

I don't think Dallas is going anywhere near Manzel, I think that aspect is totally over played and they would be pure stupid to do so considering how unreliable he is.

No major complaints with those picks but I feel the niners will give it a shot with Kaepernick 1st of all. I really think they try and salvage him 1ist of all.
Do the Cowboys toss aside their history or are they too stubborn to do so? I have no doubt they will draft a QB but not sure with #4. They should draft a Qb there but not sure they will.

So everybody is giving up on Devin Smith already? I think if Fitz had connected a little more often on his throws to Smith you guys would be less pessimistic. He was really disappointing to me. The school issue then injuries hurt him but he really didn't look like he knew what the hell he was doing when he first got a chance. I'm not writing him off but I'm also not relaying on the guy, we should take another WR if we can this year.

I like most of what you have here my only utter wtf? moment is this: "Jets trade DL Sheldon Richardson for a late 2nd round pick" He's bound to be suspended additional games next year after he deals with the whole "going 140 with a 12 year old kid and a handgun in the car" thing in a few months. He'll also be facing an additional 10 game suspension if he fails another piss test. No way someone is giving up a 1st rounder for him. That's fine and good if you want to move him but I would never in the whole world move him for a late 2nd alone. I would keep him and all the baggage for that price. If you are going to go that route then add some other later picks to make it more realistic. If you went 2,3,4 or something like that it might be more palatable.

The thing about these guys is they are all remorseful and follows the straight and narrow for a few years, then they get the money and adulation of the pros and it all changes. Ecstasy is a notch up from smoking a few joints. Too risky.

I wouldn't touch Spence with a 50 foot pole. He sounds like an absolute moron who will be in trouble and out of the league regardless of how he plays the game.

1st) Hate Floyd in the first. Skinny, lanky kid that doesn't fit what Bowles wants in an OLB. 2nd) Spriggs in the second would be a great pick. He's next on my list for evaluation along with Hawkins. 3rd) Don't know much about Brothers. 4th) I hate the Drake. Way too many injuries and I'm sure we could find better value at that point 5th) Either pick a QB high or don't pick one at all. We're already grooming Petty and I don't want to waste anymore resources on a 5th round QB. 7th) What's not to like. Shanks Quigley needs to be replaced pronto. Where's a good place to find what Bowles is looking for in an OLB? What does Bowles want in an olb? If Bowles is rex version two in this regard he can go fug himself. I've had it up to the teeth with overly big hold the point of attack, OLBs that play the run and never get any pressure.

1st - Leonard Floyd - OLB - Georgia 2nd - Jason Spriggs - OT - Indiana 3rd - Kentrell Brothers - ILB - Mizz 4th - Kenyan Drake - RB - Bama 5th - Bradon Doughty - QB - Western Kentucky 7th - Drew Kaser - P - Texas A&M
OLB has been a huge need for this team for years. (I curse thee Gholston). Our draft position is going to keep us out of the top tier in this regard imo but even with Maulden from last year we have to get an olb.
Time to invest more than a mid to late round pick in the oline. I don't see the oline as much of a mess as others but time to get a guy that can play RT or guard for a few years with hopes he can step to LT in time.
Almost hate to use two of the 1st three picks on LB's but our lbs as a hole really sucked last year and the offense performed light years better than I thought.
Drake has some injury history which is the bad news but he has been behind other Bama backs and not taken a beating for 3 years which is a good thing. His profile sounds like just the kind of guy we need, good receiver, explosive, can take some carries. Not an every down back but I love these lesser known backs who have been behind stars.
Don't think we can get one of the higher rated QB's so we'll roll the dice with a prospect with some promise but lots of Q's as well.
F*** Quigley.

This is where the evaporators make their money, the issue of competition and quality of team around them. Not an easy thing to separate that is for sure. There are actually players one would like to see with less gaudy teams to truly know how good they are. I still remember watching some Sanchez hilights before he was drafted and he looked pretty good except he threw off his back foot too much, often had lots of time to throw and his WR's were usually wide open.
I'll have no issue with drafting a Qb pretty well anywhere in the draft but I would not be in favour of a trade up.

I was talking about him for some time. He is a complete back, as usual how I feel will totally depend on who else is on the board at 20. I would not be upset if we took him at 20 most likely. I agree with Rob about Henry for the most part. Paradis luvvvvvvvvvvvsssss him though.
