it's peter burke. i would bet the house on it I have that feeling too. It has to be someone from the police IMO. Plus the guy liked his sex parties (who doesn't?) My memory fades a little but I think the FBI also said that someone from his precinct was accessing their files but the exact IP and MAC address could not be connected.

The cops are in on it, no doubt. Add in people in high places at these parties, and you get exactly this incompetent investigation.

Rex Heuermann, 59, was arrested at his home on 1st Ave. in Massapequa Park, multiple sources told The Post.
The suspect is due in court in hours, according to another source who did not confirm the identity.
The arrest is tied to the so-called “Gilgo Four,” women found wrapped in burlap within days of each other from late 2010, and not the other six who were later eyed as possibly being connected, the source said.
Multiple sources first confirmed the arrest to News 12 Long Island, which said that 1st Ave. was “just flooded with police.”

By spring 2011, the number of bodies had climbed to 10 — eight women as well as an unidentified man and toddler.
The bodies were found during a search for missing Jersey City-based sex worker Shannan Gilbert, whose body wasn’t found until December 2011, a year after the Gilgo Four.
John Ray, an attorney for Gilbert’s family, told News 12 that he “had a very strong, credible tip that they were about to close in on an arrest” around a week ago.

Been awhile, welcome back. How's your health since the surgery? Hey, doing well thanks for asking! Hey! Glad to hear. I'm dying to hear how they linked this guy to the murders and wonder if there is any connection to Gilgo/Burke. I do know the Suffolk PC promised to take a fresh look at this case when he came aboard from the NYPD. He didnt exactly bash the past "investigation" but you could read between the lines. Commissioner Harrison is good dude, loves his golf, cigars, bourbon and women. Hung out with him for a bit at a conference he was speaking at in Idaho a few years back. I was shocked to see what a sh*thole this chooches house is...but then again, my neighbor is a roofer who has had tarps on his own roof for years. Guess we'll learn more at the presser this afternoon at 4.

I don’t remember if they were RH though. And that doesn’t necessarily link someone to a crime, but just wondering if the belt initials were RH.
