I doubt this will do much to deter any woman who wants an abortion. My only hope is that they stop forcing the taxpayer to pay for it, especially the tax money tit-sucker Planned Parenthood.

Biden bashing the Supreme Court while allowing demonstrations at their homes is treasonous. Maxine Waters is exhorting riots. These are evil people.

It’s not…. It’s just been ruled NOT a federal issue. Each state can rule on its own. Founding fathers were brilliant in limiting FED power. Some states may choose to outlaw it, citizens can move. THAT was the power intended in the constitution.

Nothing in the Constitution about abortion, so it is an issue left up to the states. Roe v. Wade spit in the face of the Constitution.

Nothing in the Constitution about abortion, so it is an issue left up to the states. Roe v. Wade spit in the face of the Constitution. Isn't that what Ammendments are for? By that rationale, nothing was said about women being able to vote either, why not let the states decide on that?

Wade spit in the face of the Constitution. Isn't that what Ammendments are for? By that rationale, nothing was said about women being able to vote either, why not let the states decide on that? “An amendment may be proposed by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or, if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose. The amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the State legislatures, or three-fourths of conventions called in each State for ratification.” Let them try. I’d be ok with an amendment allowing abortion up until a heartbeat is detected/ 15 or 20 weeks. But the radical leftist feminist nuts want abortion on demand up to and including at the moment of birth. There are a lot of outright lies being flung around by the left and their lapdogs in the media right now. Don’t fall for it. Most red states, including FLA where I live, will still allow abortions up until 15 or 20 weeks.

Because the constitution is a living document that can be ammended but it is a difficult process because they didn't want the constitution watered down unless there was a majority by the states. I believe the other issue is that if a convention is called that opens it up for any amendments to be proposed and there is a majority of republican state legislatures which could fail spectacularly for the liberal states. www.newsweek.com/nebraska-becomes-17th-state-calling-convention-amend-us-constitution-1674174#:~:text=Other%20states%20approving%20a%20call,other%20states%20considering%20the%20resolution.
