That god damn 24 hour stupid kzone ESPN uses now is going to piss me off something terrible tonight. Worst new technology since the burning flame after a slapshot in hockey. Hopefully it fades into oblivion just as fast.

This whole ESPN broadcast has just been terrible. Inexcusable. They just panned away and completely ignored a double last inning, talked about freaking CC Sabathia for an entire inning before that.

Not even ESPN's broadcast could ruin a night like this. A sweep and a first place tie -- it was worth sitting through.

Hopefully it fades into oblivion just as fast. I heard that a minor league team experimented earlier this season with an automated umpire for balls and strikes. Home plate ump does not make the calls, instead and umpire in the press box makes the call using a monitor and something that sounds similar to the kzone.

Oh hell yeah. That was fun. Thor. Duda. Offense? Love it.

If that doesn't give Wilpon a boner for investing in this team, nothing will.
What a great 3rd inning... out of nowhere...BOOM!! Grandy, Murph and Duda (Again)
These young pitchers are amazing. We've got a 4 yr. window of utter domination ahead of us.
And the fans riding Harpers ass all night was classic Mets fandom. Got nervous when he stepped up in the 8th with 1 on, but Thor blew 98 MPH heat past him. Clippard's looking better... he tops out at 93 but that ball moves for him.
On the road in Fla for 6 games. Hope Duda brings his Citi Field bat with him for a change. Duda's production has been largely absent on the road this season, however, and he's routinely struggled against Miami's Tom Koehler. Duda is batting .194 with three homers and nine RBI on the road compared to .296, 18 and 41 at home. He's homered once in his last 12 games at Miami -- none in the past seven.
He's also 3 for 22 (.136) with two doubles against Koehler.
Marlins and TB always put up a good fight. Hope we don't have a let down and drop 4 of 6

Taken with straight force too, offense was dominant tonight. Love a Bartolo win because it means we're that much closer to the aces.

Cespedes awakens!! Duda has a quiet night but Cespedes erupts. With Duda on a tear, Cespedes saw quality pitches ahead of him. And Murphy saw good pitches ahead of Cespedes.
Hitting is contagious.

That's awesome, we'll see. Also awesome: Glad to see Lagares back in the lineup, we have a lot of versatility.

Everything I have heard is Cespedes is likely to test free agency and we won't be able to sign him until May. Something to do with his contract as a foreign player. Either we agree to something prior to FA, or we are out of the running. May be one reason we were able to get him relatively cheap.

Seems almost too good to be true that he'd want to stay with the team after only a week
