when I asked if it looked legit, I meant the quality of the product.
I just looked at this site and it looks remarkably similar to the one I've used in the past. The product you get is really very good. You hold your breath that you actually will get it, but they surprisingly have responsive customer service and it comes (if not stopped at the border) within 2 weeks or so. Expect a paper-wrapped package with the jerseys tightly wound in a plastic bag - not a proper box, but they're jerseys...no need for elaborate packaging.
Of course, the website changes periodically on account of it being shut down by the Justice Department, but that doesn't usually pose a problem as they just set it up again shortly thereafter.
If you don't have an issue morally or legally (although I really don't think the end user has to worry about any legal action), I'd give it a try. Order enough jerseys to spread the cost of shipping/insurance, but not too many that if it somehow goes south you'll really get screwed.
IIRC, its about $250 for a jersey with player/number. They sell the authentic jersey blank and then you pay for the lettering.
There's no real reason to get it at the Coli - perhaps try it on there to see if/how it fits. But you can get an authentic jersey from the website and you don't have to wait for it.
im just lookin for a plain jersey, no name/number.. its time to update from the last one i have. Fosherman colors, but with the Islanders crest.
the boy prolly wants one, too, but i think i can get online youth ones for like $85.
Wound up going to the game last minute Tues night - buddy of mine's friends had a block of seats, all Ranger fans expect my buddy and me. And very quiet fans from the second period on
Friday's going to be huge - chance for 30 wins and get a little separation
Three games in 4 nights starting tomorrow. In addition to those home games left to play, they also have a lot of time to play it in. They've played a few more games than most everyone else.

I don't have a great feeling about tonight. My gut tells me they will put up a real stinker. But hey, that's bound to happen every so often.
Hopefully I'm wrong and its just the questionable Chinese food I had last night. Would love to see another performance from Sidney with 0 shots like last time.
I've gotta give credit to this Penguins team though. They've had ridiculous injuries and they just keep pounding out wins. I don't like them, but they deserve credit. Matta's out for the year, Dupuis done, Hornquivst and Comeau out for a few weeks. I think I saw Steve Downie on their 2nd line at some point. That's not good.
Better not put up a stinker tonight! I'm lookin forward to watching the game. I don't have a feeling either way wether they'll win or lose. TBH, the guins are a dangerous team, so I wouldn't be too upset if there was a L.
Oh, forgot - isn't there a usual letdown the next game after a Rangers game?
Interesting commentary during the Ranger game -- Ranger announcers commented that the Isles wanted Halak because throughout his career he was at his best in big games against Divisional opponents and in the post season. He certainly came up big on Tuesday, hopefully he does it again tonight.
Hopefully the Jets will generate as much in season excitement next year as the Isles are right now. Team showed a lot of heart tonight, coming back a couple of times on the Pens and dominating in the last 15 minutes. There are certain nights that you need your big guns to carry you and tonight they did.
