CJ get the start tomorrow night?
Fortunately, Halak was able to bail JT out on that one. What really shocked me in OT was seeing Andrew MacDonald winning puck battles along the boards -- never remember him doing that when he was with us, but he played tough last night, especially late in the game. I am guessing we see Halak against the Bruins tomorrow and CJ on Sunday night in Buffalo. Or, Halak might get the back to back against Eastern Conference opponents and CJ gets the start Tuesday night at home against Edmonton. |

Just heard that CJ will be between the pipes tonight. He is going to come up big in Boston. Isles are going to take it 4-1.

I think, at least I hope, CJ just needs some more playing time to get 'in the groove'. Tonight will be a good one.
Actually looked briefly for tix to the game. Only single seats left, or the ones at least 2 seats were all above $200 each.
Never been to TD Bank gardens or whatever it's called now.

He is 9-0 in his career at TD Garden and played his best game of the season there earlier this year when the Isles beat the Bruins 3-2. Hoping for the best tonight. |

I think the Isles will play a good game tonight. I also think Lee is a decent replacement for Okposo on the top line. Look for good things from the top line tonight.

I hope you didn't just lay the jinx down on CJ.  Our two biggest weaknesses this year have been the back-up goaltending and our PK. If we can fix those aspects I could see a deep playoff push....if not, I could see a one and done if we even make it. Lets hope CJ gets on a roll and forces Cappy too start feeding him some more games because Halak has never handled this kind of load before. Big game tonight with how close the east has become. Lets go Islanders!!!! |

I would like to see Brock get going again. I think he only has 1 goal and 4 assists over the last 15 or so games.
