Maybe I didn't 'splain what I wrote clear enough. Not that Brady won't accept it, but since the judge seems like he'd rule in favor of Brady, then Brady isn't going to settle with the NFL, unless they offer a zero game suspension. If/when the judge tells the NFL to piss up a rope, Brady gets no suspension, and doesn't have to accept shit. Clear?

Hmm...legal experts ive heard the past few days thought that the judge was simply playing devils advocate and that nfls case is much stronger based on the rules of the collective bargaining agreement. if brady gets off it will be a ruling against the cba.

Understood, I was just trying to report what I saw on the scroll of ESPN or YES the other night. Might have been last night, I don't fuckin know, I'm runnin on 10 hours of sleep the last 3 days workin my sack off with no end in sight. I did think the scroll was a little biased when I read it. The 4 game suspension upheld is OK in my book.

Of course they are going to stick up for him, in the end its the NFLPA vs the NFL. Even Cromartie stuck up for him.
