I hope Pulock actually gets to play, and not sit and watch the "Strait-licky" 3rd pairing. What are the chances of that with Cappy? Opening day, I'd put good money he goes with the vets. It would be nice to see Pulock get 40+ games his year and be the "no questions asked" guy when it comes to the playoffs (assuming that's at play). Don't have the most confidence in that though. With Cappy, chances are slim to none. If hes not going to get 40+ games, he should be back in the AHL playing every night. Oh well, fingers crossed. |

How long is Hickey going to be out for? I am afraid he goes right back to BPT when Hickey is ready to go. Hope not, but based on how they have treated young D-men in the past, I think it is likely. Hickey is out 4 weeks or so. We also have 3 goalies on the roster. Petrov may be back shortly and then we'll have 14 Fwds/ 7 Dmen. I think the preference is to have 8 Dmen but we'll see how hat goes. By the time hickey comes back, I'm sure injuries will dictate who is on his roster. |

Wide open play even lead to a penalty shot.
TB wins on a break away. Now that TOTALLY beats the hell out of a 2 shot 5 min OT and lame-o shootout.

Eerily reminiscent of the season after the series with Pitt. 2013? Hope some dumbass trade isn't on the horizon.

I really need to stop going to these games, all I do is spend a lot of money to be miserable for 2 and a half hours. They looked awful. And can we just put Pulock in the game, that turnover by Strait that led to the 2nd goal was just horrible. Don't know if Pulock will be any good, but I would like to see him get his shot, especially if it means sitting Strait. Our play in our own end was terrible. Looked like we were chasing Patrick Kane and that Panarin kid all night. Seemed like their puck movement was generating openings in our defense all night and when we possessed the puck, we couldn't do anything with it. Didn't think Berube played too badly, he was hung out to dry by the team in front of him a few times. |

What kind of leash is Cappy on? Wow do I hope it's short. Instead of another Vanek trade to give the team a shot in the arm, this time I'd like to see a coaching change as the shot in the arm.
