Yeah point missed again. When a part gets the majority of votes...they aren't "dead". Day after declarations are just silly We have the presidency, the senate, the house and probably the Supreme Court for the next 50 years. Chew on that fat boy. As for the future or the dem party - your new young leaders are an 80 year old gray haired commie and an old screeching four eyed hag who lied about being an Indian (yep, I said Indian cause PC is dead too motherfucker!). Ok ok, I know saying MF was a little overboard and sounds too harsh, but I added it for effect.  ) Sorry, my overweight American brother. I'm still happy we shocked the world. Very short sighted. Ya gotta love knee-jerk next-day over reactions. (More people voted for the Democrat.) Many more counties voted for Mr. T and if you delete all the fraudulent Democrat votes I'm pretty sure T would still win. Still we're a republic - didn't your home school at Underthebridge MA teach you that Who would have guessed 13 years ago when we met...that we'd be agreeing on shit politically. |

Dude - I'm a student of history, Never said the party was dead, but the republicans have a chance to shape this country for quite a while. As for the demographics - many things will change over the next 4 - 8 years. Trump got 35 percent of the Hispanic male vote after everything this year. I've always thought Hispanics should (and I think eventual will) be more on our side than yours - we share many of the same values - work ethic, morals, Christianity, etc. At some point soon when they assimilate even moreso (think second gen, people like Rubio) they will be a huge part of the Republican Party. |

We don't have to agree as long as we understand others concerns We all hold certain positions and opinions based on the sum total of our life experiences, at any moment each of us thinks what we know, what we feel and the way we live is truly right and just but new truths and realizations can always emerge that change our opinions. |

When I say demographics I'm not referring to color. I'm referring to the leanings of the 20-30 crowd. If Trump plays it smart he will lay off the social issues and do something good on healthcare. If he gets sucked into the social issues all he does is energize them. I've never seen the GOP be able to avoid the social issues though. |

Romney was a terrible candidate for modern politics. He had Obama on the ropes and let him off. He went on the defense when the media pounded him instead of telling them to fuck off like Trump did. Trump fought dirty like a Democrat. Thats why he won.
