Man, the Browns really might go QB at 1. That would help us.

Just shows how desperate teams are for a QB. If Trubisky goes 1, there is a very real scenario I see Adams falling to 6. Leonard Williams all over again.

Man, the Browns really might go QB at 1. That would help us. Helps us, but would also take away one of out potential trade partners if we want to move back. I still don't see Adams falling to us -- I really think Chicago takes him. Even if Trubisky goes 1, assume SF takes Garrett, I still think Chicago goes Adams. They guys likely to fall to 6 in this scenario are Solomon Thomas or Jonathan Allen, in which case, I would hope either someone wants to trade up for one of them, or we let them fall to 7.

Man, the Browns really might go QB at 1. That would help us. I feel like it would leave us in no mans land, and i'm already worried about the Jets fucking it up. Though I think they'd go Hooker in that case if they stayed. But Panthers, Bengals, and Colts are still possibilities with trading for Fournette or Mccaffery. So I think that'll always be there.

I don't think Adams to the Bears is a lock even if Garrett goes 1, but if Solomon Thomas is there at 3 or 4 or 5, I think Adams has a real chance to fall.

Since there is no "gotta have him" player at 6, this is what I will be hoping for. Never really thought it was realistic that the Browns would trade with us at 6 to get a QB -- assumed they would want to get ahead of us. Assuming Carolina is a threat for an RB at 8, someone might want to jump them, and we are in the perfect spot if that is the case.

I think Cleveland wants Trubisky but at what cost? Unless somebody before us grabs him, is some other team really going to trade up above us to get him? Of course there is a possibility. There is also a possibility that Cleveland stands pat and gets him at 12. I hope Macc offers a gentleman's agreement with the Browns that if Trubisky is available at 6, we will trade the pick to them. I guess I am really hoping that for once, we make a good deal for ourselves.

You guys really at peace coming away with Adams?
I'm not.
We sucked last year. Bad. All that shit just to walk away with a safety? It's not enough

It's not enough Absolutely The kind of guy who can be the unquestioned heart and soul of the defense for the next decade. He's the only defender at #6 that I would be not just okay with, but thrilled with. Hooker I would be okay with but still a little weary in the back of my mind. Don't want anything to do with any other defender at #6. I'm praying that the Jets supposed high interest in Conley (before the allegations) means they aren't enamored with Lattimore.

Hell, I'd take McCaffrey at #6 over Lattimore.

Hell, I'd take McCaffrey at #6 over Lattimore. It would totally be Jets-like to draft a white RB in the 1st round.

Hell, I'd take McCaffrey at #6 over Lattimore. The GM that said this is a GM hoping that McCaffery goes before the former's team picks. I don't want any part of a small running back at 6. Gracias.
